Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with building regulations.

4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the apartment or to use building amenities.

5. Bathroom Policy
Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items to avoid plumbing issues.

6. Respect the Property
Please treat the space, furnishings, and décor with care. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges.

7. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved in writing.

8. Amenities & Common Areas
Building amenities (pool, gym, coworking spaces, etc.) must be used respectfully and in accordance with building rules. Guest access may be revoked if rules are violated.

9. No Illegal Activity
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

10. Lost Keys/Fobs
Lost key fobs or parking cards will incur a replacement fee of $150 each.

11. Check-Out Time
Please adhere to the check-out time listed in your reservation to allow proper cleaning for incoming guests.

4. Solo Huéspedes Registrados
Únicamente los huéspedes incluidos en la reservación están autorizados a permanecer en el apartamento o utilizar las amenidades del edificio.

5. Política del Baño
Por favor, deseche únicamente papel higiénico en el inodoro. No arroje toallitas, productos femeninos, toallas de papel u otros objetos para evitar problemas de plomería.

6. Respeto por la Propiedad
Le pedimos tratar el espacio, muebles y decoración con cuidado. Cualquier daño o artículo faltante podrá generar cargos adicionales.

7. Mascotas
No se permiten mascotas, salvo aprobación previa por escrito.

8. Amenidades y Áreas Comunes
