The property itself is nice and was very clean, and the location is excellent—the beach is convenient. However, the overall value for the price is questionable. Basic supplies were not adequately stocked for even a 24-hour stay; we arrived to find only half a roll of toilet paper and limited paper towels, and ultimately had to purchase additional essentials ourselves, including bath towels after a delayed response from online support. Communication for assistance was slow, with a simple request taking an entire day without resolution.There were also a few maintenance issues. The bedroom lighting did not work, and while natural light helped during the day, it wasn’t a full solution. At times, the toilet had low water pressure, making flushing inconsistent. Additionally, amenities such as the pool area and beach chairs closed earlier than expected, which limited our ability to fully enjoy them.I really wanted to love this stay, as the location and cleanliness were strong positives, but the lack of basic provisions, slow support, and minor maintenance concerns impacted the overall experience.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay. Communication was both slow and, at times, inaccurate, which made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.The condo itself was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom had several issues, including a rusted shower head that squeaked loudly while running and a broken shower door. Basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner were also not provided.In addition, both the elevator service and valet were consistently slow, which added to the inconvenience throughout our stay.On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful.Overall, we would not recommend this property.

This condo was very clean, conveniently located right on the beach, and had an amazing view! We really appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas! Great place for a little getaway!

The location can’t be beat! Views from the balcony are stunning. Good layout with both bedrooms, separated on each side of the condo. Nice big kitchen if you plan to cook there. The restaurant, bar and pools on the ninth floor were great.The check-in process at the resort is clunky and takes time and could be improved. Communication with the rental agency was easy to make unfortunately, the follow through is not there. We showed up to the second bathroom missing one of the glass sliding doors. This caused excessive water to get everywhere on the floor. I called and asked for it to be fixed and more towels for the water situation. I was promised they would get right on it, and unfortunately no one ever came and nothing was fixed and no extra towels for the excess water were brought during our entire stay. You do get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach through the hotel but be aware if you don’t get down there first thing in the morning there is no space available.

Good stay

Place is a little outdated but still nice. Wait at elevator a lot. Valet service great. Rest of staff were rude to people often. Food and drink by pool good but way over priced. 8 for a can of soda! Not enough pool seating. Middle shallow pool never clean. 40 resort fee per day is per person and ridiculous. If you pay that much you should at least get a chair by the pool and a tool with no problem. The rental plus the resort fees plus the valet makes this overall over priced in my opinion.

Unit’s view was awesome, unit functions well, the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds not queen, could provide some additional linens especially for the kitchen, lighting in bathrooms is weak

Enchanted cottage

The enchanted cottage was the perfect getaway for all ages of the family. I found the cottage to be charming and well equipped, as well as beautifully decorated and clean. The whole process was very easy.

Our family enjoyed this resort. The amenities are great. We used the pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, the restaurants and of course the beach. As for the suite, we found it very spacious for the 5 of us and loved the balcony. The kitchen isn't stocked for a long stay needing a few more basics like coffee cups. The lighting in both bathrooms is pitiful and no other mirrors so putting on makeup was challenging. The baseboard in the kitchen and second bath isn't attached to the wall. Also in need of decent bath towels - low supply and poor quality. The beds all felt too soft and the sheets were scratchy.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed everything about this place. My only request would be for the cleaning service to check the lights for outages, clean the shower drain, overall a nice stay. We will refer to others.

Quick Trip Right Place

Perfect location on the beach. Easy access and beautiful pool area. Lots of great food options and quick ride to Walmart or publix for DIY dinner. A/C was great water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Easy in and out with valet service. Would book again.

Amazing place, views and location/extra unexpected fees

Pros: -Breathtaking views! I could stay on the balcony all day! -pools are warm and beautiful -large and spacious place. Kids bedroom on opposite side of place from master. Large walk-in closets. -right on beach, near volleyball court and beach restaurant/bar. -7-Eleven across the street -lots of security Cons: -Valet parking added $265 of unexpected fees to our trip. ($35/a day for valet with no other option for parking) -$160 non-refundable damage/liability fee -$40 a day resort fee -at times, elevators could take a while due to lots of people checking in at once. -no tub as stated in description-2 walk in showers. -2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, not 2 queen. Overall, great place. Truly enjoyed our stay. Just wish I had know about parking fees prior to my booking is my main complaint.

No communication, no clear information, no well maintained

First, it doesnt specify there will be a charge for the parking available, it clearly says parking available for 1 vehicle all other vehicles valet, we spend $200 in that which wasnt in out budget. They answered me 3 times there was No charge for receiving packages and there was, we spent more than $250 because we did our shopping o line. The furniture is dirty and has cigarrette burnts all over. There arent any cleaning supplies like broom, mop or vacuum we obviusoly did not travel with that. The worst communication ever, questions answered 3 days later, never resolved anything. Food diaposal didnt work, closet doors derailed, showers clogged, etc…

Great stay on the beach!

We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect - beach is just outside the resort doors, gorgeous views. grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the pool area and the resort amenities. Only disappointments were some finishings/expectations within the room itself. Many things didn’t work (toaster, drains in shower, stove fan, door handle fell off etc). Didn’t ruin our trip but these things could be easily fixed!

Luxury on the Beach

The location couldn't be better. The only obstacle to the beach was the pool! The condo was incredible. Clean and fully stocked. Was much better than expected. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day. The check in was easy as it was exactly the same as our instructions. The management company was extremely responsive for any and all our needs during our stay. The team was led by Simon...Superman. We would stay at the Hyde Resort any and every time we visit the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Beach area.
