  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario, su cocina con todo lo que necesites para hacer una estadía buena. La habitación está limpia y muy acogedora. Tiene TV, plancha, secador de cabello. De verdad, todo lo básico que necesites. La ubicación, increíble; fui a Orlando y a fort Myers desde allí. No le doy 5 estrellas porque una noche tuvimos problemas con el aire pero tengo que reconocer que Maria resolvió en cuanto pudo.

This location is right in the middle of everything!! If I had to note any issues at all it would be that the kitchen area (both inside and outside) should be sprayed for bugs. Once I saw little ant crawling on the counter and I bag group of ant right outside the window dragging something away, I just cleaned the counter thoroughly but still didn’t leave anything on the counter. The sugar and spice containers the owner has on the shelves were also covered in ants. As a Florida resident, I know all about those little annoying creatures. Other than that, I would still probably pick this place again simply because of the great rate and location.

The location was GREAT (easy to get to the airport by 3:30am the next day). The place was clean, cute, comfortable and as described. It was not the host's fault, but on Thanksgiving night a VERY LOUD party raged right next door until well past midnight. It felt as if it was in the same room. We barely slept 2 hours - a complete disaster and big disappointment for us.

Didn’t use the kitchen but it was well stocked with utensils, small appliances, etc. Stove needed to be ignited via lighter. Internet was not available as advertised and host did not respond to queries about it. Lots of little mite like bugs in the kitchen area - not ants or roaches but tiny. Air conditioner worked very well . Shower temperature was warm to hot but water spray mode is limited. Very comfortable bed but linens were basic. If internet is fixed, I would stay there again.

Small ants in kitchen, wrong fasteners to attach things to wall

Check in process was easy. 1 bed, 1 bath and kitchen was clean. Rental is centrally located in Miami. Small ants infestation was found in kitchen/top refrigerator/microwave and counter tops. AC remote holder was attached to dry wall with screws/no drywall anchor and holder fell off wall while we attempted to remove AC Remote from holder. Picture above bed was secured to wall with small 3/4" finish nail. 3/4" nail loosened in middle of night and picture fell and landed on my wife's head (no injury). As picture bounced off wife's head, the picture went sideways and tore paper lampshade to the side of bed. If you stay at this place, ensure you take down pictures at head of bed before laying in bed.

Perfect for a night of rest.

The room is exactly as described, with the exception that we were given the wrong WiFi info, so there is no internet. Thus, the TV was not functional. If you can get by without those two things, you'll be happy that you booked here.

Its perfect for solo or a couple needing a place to rest there heads for the night. Its small (very small) and clean. It gets the job done. No fancy place to eat. If you don't have a car and you don't mind walking a couple of blocks, there's a few fast food restaurants (KFC and Mc Donald's) a CVS or Walgreen? A couple of locally owned restaurants (Chinese and Cuban) and a gas station kitty corner from the unit. Where you can get snacks and drinks. Overall we needed a single night stay before our cruise 🛳 . For the price and location to the Miami Airport and cruise port it was a good choice.

Nice stay, strange communication

The apartment is small and private. Really nice and clean, exactly what we were looking for as we just needed a stay to recover from the cruise before we could fly out the next morning. Check in process is simple and contact free. We were able to get into the room a couple hours early. The wifi info on Vrbo was incorrect however and the host was unresponsive as they were "out of country". However they did finally reply to messages the next day with the correct information but we were already checked out and flying home. Also sometime in the middle of the night the adjoining house or apartment were just constantly closing/ slamming doors and that became frustrating. Never seen anyone enter or leave though. They didn't bother us otherwise. Neighbors were pleasant. Privacy fence was great. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Solid property right next to the airport just as advertised and just what we needed

This was a great respite from a busy travel day and perfect for rest and relaxation close to the airport. The owner provided everything we needed to get in and out quickly, and the place was clean and in order.
