By booking this property, you agree to comply with all building rules and regulations.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in denied check-in, removal from the property without refund, fines, or additional charges.

Required Registration
All guests must be registered before arrival.
Every guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.
Guest information must match the reservation.

Building Registration Fee
A mandatory building registration fee is required for every reservation.
This fee is paid directly to the Front Desk at check-in using a credit or debit card only. Cash is not accepted.
This is a building fee and is separate from your reservation payment. The building currently charges $50 per adult guest (spouses and dependent children are treated as one guest under the building`s policy).

Check-In
All guests must check in with the Front Desk before accessing the building.
Guests cannot access the unit, elevators, or parking garage until the registration process has been completed.
Front Desk staff will verify identification and complete the building registration process.
Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted inside the building or unit.
Visitors must register with the Front Desk.
Overnight visitors are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.

Parking
Any vehicle brought onto the property must be registered with the Front Desk.
Vehicles parked improperly or without registration may be towed at the owner`s expense.
Pets
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
Reservations arriving with pets will not be allowed to check in.
Parties & Noise
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must always be respected.
Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate removal from the property.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the unit or inside the building.
Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and odor removal charges.
Packages
The Front Desk does not accept packages addressed only to guests.
If you need a package delivered during your stay, please contact us beforehand for instructions.
Building Amenities
Guests must follow all building rules when using amenities.
Management reserves the right to suspend amenity access for rule violations.
Fines & Damages
Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or violations issued by the condominium association due to their actions or those of anyone in their party.
Any charges assessed by the building will be passed on to the responsible guest. The building also holds owners responsible for damages caused by guests.
No Refunds for Rule Violations
Guests who fail to complete the required registration, refuse to provide identification, refuse to pay the building registration fee, arrive with unauthorized pets, exceed occupancy limits, or violate building rules may be denied check-in or required to leave without a refund.
