    The Space:

    This two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse offers bright, open living spaces thoughtfully designed for comfort, natural light, and effortless bayfront living. It accommodates up to 5 adults and 3 children (see house rules), making it well suited for families, couples, or friends traveling together.



    The apartment features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light while framing beautiful views of Biscayne Bay and the city. The living room feels airy and inviting, with plush seating, a large TV for streaming, and direct access to the expansive private balcony.



    The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats the group, ideal for shared meals or working remotely.



    The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, ample storage, and skyline views, while the second bedroom offers a quiet, well-appointed space with a queen-size bed.

    The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



    The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

    Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

    PARKING RULES

    *** Valet is the only available option - (unlimited In/out) - Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights please inquire



    Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



    Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.



    Other Things to Note:

    BOOKING RULES

    After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



    Must-Read Before Booking:

    ***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

    ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

    OCCUPANCY RULES

    Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



    NO SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



    CHECK-IN

    Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



    CHECK-OUT

    Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



    LUGGAGE STORAGE

    Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



    MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

    If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



    LOST ITEMS

    We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

The penthouse needs to be updated. The linen and towel towels were not in excellent condition. The hotel is under construction and it was very confusing to find the front desk for check-in.
