There are so many issues with this unit. The beds didn’t have top sheets, there weren’t hand towels or wash cloths in the bathrooms although there was a tan washcloth to wash off makeup.No toaster or dish towel in kitchen- only one paper towel roll. The living room rug is dirty and the furniture looks like it came from IKEA.The floor in the hallway has tears and is buckling and I tripped on it.The bathtub shower has a small hole in the bottom of the tub and some of the tiles on the wall have fallen off. There is no rubber mat on the tub surface and it is very slippery.No bath mat for showers and tub but a fuzzy small brown rug in front of the toilet. The shower tub has a cheap plastic liner but no shower curtain. Both toilets are difficult to flush. You have to firmly hold down the flush mechanism and sometimes have to flush twice even just for paper. The toilet seat and toilet basin in the tub shower bathroom are either stained or have been worn down.There are no dressers to put folded clothes. There are closets and hangers. We had great difficulty in trying to use the laundry facilities The doors to the laundry room are locked Front staff gave us access to the floor where there are laundry facilities but the key card didn’t open the door to the machines.
