Location is great. Unit it perfect for shorter stays. For longer stays need more than one paper towel roll and 2 dishwasher pods. Kitchen could use a new set of small pans. Would also be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies such as counter spray and a broom to help with cleaning.

Wonderful condo!

Our stay at this lovely condo was great! It was very clean and bright and the location was perfect. We could walk to many great restaurants. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Across the street was a park and a paved walking/jogging trail where we could get exercise every day. Check-in and out was seamless. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Coconut Grove.

Great View but Poorly Maintained

The online check-in was cumbersome and time-consuming, requiring a very good wi-fi connection to upload ID and photo. There is no site manager as indicated on the confirmation to assist; the desk knew nothing of our reservation. The outdoor furniture had not been cleaned in months. They chairs/tables were filthy (imagine living adjacent to a coal-fired power plant). I spent a half-hour cleaning them. The counter stools were so wobbly that we deemed them unusable. There was no ice maker or trays (in the subtropics!). The wand in one shower was disconnected. The coffee maker was an unusual brand, making only individual cups, impractical for a large party. The management wanted an additional fee to replenish the cartridges. We bought a Mr. Coffee and left it. And... our key access was cut-off a day early, requiring a lengthy exercise to gain entry into the garage and our room. But the view was great.

Beautiful apt and view. Close/ walking distance to the parks, marina, restaurants, and night life. Hosts were very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. We are appreciative of their quick reponses and in order for us to enjoy our stay. We will return again.

Brief stay in Coconut Gables

Lovely place with a beautiful view of the bay. Within walking distance to many places f the restaurants in the area. The place is well appointed and very clean. We had a problem starting the cooktop but it was not a big deal as we did not plan to cook much. We plan to go back again.

Coconut Grove Getaway

We loved the property for our 5-night stay. It was stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of well-furnished space for us to spread out. We were right outside the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. And the views were gorgeous! The property manager was very responsive.

Constructive input

The views are awesome - the unit is well decorated and extremely clean - very comfortable mattresses- the location is ideal- Constructive input - 1. The rain shower was not working upon arrival - that should be checked before guests arrive. 2. Provide the code for the e lock in second bedroom - my mother is severely hearing impaired and I could not get her to wake up and unlock the door - 3. Invest in a Keurig to make coffee - the espresso machine is cheap and flimsy. 4. Buy a new small table for the balcony - the current one is rusted. 5. Provide a small bottle of detergent pods. 6. The A/C unit was extremely loud. 7. Print a book with general instructions. Unrelated to the unit - the hotel needs to clean the walls of the hot tub - they were gross- Thank you

College visit

We used the apartment as our base for exploring the University of Miami with our son. The property was super close to the school which was helpful allowing us multiple visits. Everything listed on the site was accurate and spot on. The balconies were the best for relaxing after a long day. The village area around the property is super fun filled with restaurants and shops. The garage added an extra benefit to a busy area. Definitely a great property with super nice management.

Great location, cozy condo with beautiful views

Celebrated my 50th birthday with 3 of my best girlfriends and this was the perfect location. While we spent very little time in the condo, it was exactly as advertised, and plenty of room for us picky divas! Loved every minute!

Great week in Coconut Grove

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is terrific - walkable to Coconut Grove's best restaurants and cafes - and a very easy drive to sites in Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and South Beach. I am glad we stayed here instead of South Beach. I would definitely stay here with my family again and I would recommend it to others.

Beautiful property, great views

Check in was easy, room was nice. Cable TV didn't work and took until the last day of our trip to get it fixed, and the offer from the host was $200 for our inconvenience - ridiculous, maybe $200/day, as we missed many key football games. Unfortunately, this would drive me not to stay here again given their response.

Beautiful in an amazing location

Easy vacation

This property was lovely and very easy to check in and out of. Parking was easy and convenient. The location is great. Lots of stuff nearby and close to Miami. However, we have rented many warm weather vacation properties that have a few beachy items and a cooler. That would have been nice to have. Overall cute, clean and Easy!
