    No car necessary -- EVERYTHING is walking distance - -restaurants, shops, entertainment and more!

    City rental bikes are conveniently located just a block away. at 9th & Washington.

    PLEASE NOTE - South Beach is a lively city where there is tendency for you to hear the nightlife noise.

    This is a NON SMOKING Building. There is an ashtray located on the wall next to the building door entrance covered by an awning.

Donna was a wonderful host and so responsive when we had an issue with the AC. This was perfect place for our stay. A block away fromthe beach and close to the venue where a CrossFit competition was held that I was participating in. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a quick breakfast and heating up pizza. I would stay here again if I find myself back in South Beach!!

The space was amazing, and the location even better. It is in the middle of where you want to be in South Beach, yet with the space is very quiet! Donna's place had a tremendous amount of added touches that made it special. We plan to return to South Beach and when we do, we will stay here again.

Donna was a great host. Very quick at responding to any questions. You could hear some noise during the night but this was expected as it was stated in the listing (plus you’re in Miami Beach). The room was clean and stocked with basic necessities. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a quick walk to the beach. The wifi was a little spotty for us, but it wasn’t a big deal since we were out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.

Great spot

Great stay. We enjoyed the quiet nights sleep, cleanliness, nice kitchen! So close to the beach and safe feeling in neighborhood.

Donna ist die herzlichste und zuvorkommendste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Strandzubehör. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in South Beach nicht mal 5 min. vom Strand entfernt. Unzählige Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in direkter Nähe. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Miami sind, werden wir definitiv wieder bei Donna wohnen!

Logement tres bien situé et tres propre.Tres bonne communication avec Donna et le petit plus un panier d'accueil a notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce Logement a deux pas d'océan drive.Je retournerais sans problème pour mes prochaines vacances de ce logement.

Winter Getaway

It was fast and very efficient to book this property. Everything was stated exactly as it was. Great walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping and great places to eat. Only 1 block to Ocean Drive and the beach. Donna was an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location! Short 5 minute walk to the beach and everything one might need withing a couple blocks. Clean and comfortable. Many accessories for light food preparation.

I had a great time and pretended to lived in South Beach for a week! All entrances were key pads so no need to worry about physical keys. The place was well kept and clean. If you want to be right where the action is, this place is for you!

Es war eine super zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Es war wie beschrieben nicht weit zum Strand zum Supermarket. Und es war alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.Donna war eine super tolle Gastgeberin sie war bei allen Fragen für uns da hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert wir kommen wieder.

Multiple repeat returns

We stay here every time we come to Miami. Location cannot be heat, three locks to get in/out, police within a block. The grocery reopened directly below and has lots of things. Very clean, convenient to have kitchen on site and close to everything!!

We stay here every time we come down to visit. Just big enough to use for us as a couple and a block to beach access. There is a closet of things to use including beach accessories with towels! It has a gated code for all three entrances so feels very safe and no need to carry keys! Small kitchen is plenty to keep snacks or even cook a dinner! Wonderful place and we will never choose another!!

Donna was an amazing host. The property is perfectly located one block from the beach on Collins Avenue in South Beach. The unit is fully air-conditioned and features double-paned windows, ensuring quiet despite the lively surroundings. The unit includes a full kitchen with essentials like a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath, shower, and clean towels. High-speed WiFi makes it ideal for digital nomads. We appreciated the beach supplies: Tommy Bahama chairs, plenty of towels, and a portable umbrella. A Cuban cafe downstairs offers great coffee and serves as luggage storage. The Versace Mansion nearby offers excellent dining at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience! We'd definitely return.

Great location and a cozy stay

A very helpful host who ensured the stay was very comfortable. The place had all the things one would need for a family to stay comfortably . The location was extremely convenient - walking distances to access groceries, the beach and restaurants

Location, location, location!

Great location - within walking distance of everything! Short walk to the beach & great restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to stay with. The condo was clean & welcoming and the bed was comfortable. Note that this unit is a residential complex, you will hear the typical noises associated with having apartment type neighbors as well as some street noise. That said, ear plugs are provided and the AC helped to drown out some noises. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach towels and chairs provided. Additional perks were the black out curtains and the snacks provided. Wish we had discovered Bettant Bakery sooner in our stay - the croissants were great - and it is just around the corner from the condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place

Donna has put great thought into ensuring your stay will be comfortable.Place looks just like the pictures.The condo has everything you need for a great stay.Centrally located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.Short walk to the beach.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place is amazing! Donna the owner was so friendly when I messaged her! The place itself is very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Four big beach towels, so many shower towels and wash cloths, a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, a cooler, vacuum, caddy to carry stuff to the beach, extra blankets and pillows, cleaning supplies, a welcome basket with masks, snacks and hand sanitizer, a hair dryer, soaps, can opener to open beer bottles, wine opener, microwave etc. This place has everything! And it is attached to a convenience store with an ATM and it sells alcohol. The couch and the ottoman can be converted into single adult beds and the bed itself can fit two adults. Perfect for four friends! The area is amazing with the naked taco restaurant and rooftop right across the street. A late night pizza place (cash only) right near the property and a CVS one block away. And the beach is one block away which was the best part! Donna even extended our checkout time to 12pm when I asked which was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!

Terrific place to stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect, one block from the beach, with many great restaurant’s very close by. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella and all the other little niceties that were provided to us. The condo was very clean and really had everything you need. The communication I had with Donna was excellent, and she really tries to take care of her guests. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we are looking forward to coming back
