The Space:

Step into a bright, open apartment on the 32nd floor of a 50-story downtown building, 1,373 square feet with elevator access and a private balcony, making it an easy base for events, dining, shopping, transit, and nearby attractions.



The living area is set up for both relaxing and working: air conditioning, a ceiling fan, WiFi, a Smart TV, and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The adjoining dining area is ideal for meals, planning your day, or catching up on a laptop. When you need a quiet break, step onto the private balcony for fresh air and city views.



The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cookware, dishes, silverware, paper towels, salt, and pepper. A private washer and dryer are also inside the apartment.



Sleeping Setup:

Primary bedroom: king bed

Second bedroom: queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower

Third bedroom: two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower

Living room: double sofa bed



Three full bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and toilet paper.



Building Amenities

Guests also have access to a shared pool, nearby shared gym, clothing storage, hangers, an iron, a hair dryer, and an in-room safe. Valet parking is available for an additional fee.

Guest Access:

Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in a lively downtown area close to Kaseya Center, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, dining, shops and waterfront paths. It’s a good fit for guests who want city energy, easy entertainment and quick access to major attractions



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport, MIA, is about 7.5 miles away, and drive time varies by time of day. Valet parking is available for a fee, with public garage and open air lot options nearby. Metromover and MiamiCentral are within a short walk



Other Things to Note:

- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.

- The main guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

- A resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night is charged at check-in, granting access to the building's amenities such as pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel.

- Check-in takes place at the front desk with the help of one of the hotel's onsite representatives. All guests must provide an exact arrival time to avoid delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, an extra fee of $35 will be charged.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests may need to present an official ID at check-in or during their stay.

- Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit might be required, which will be refunded after check-out if all terms are met.

- No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Smoking of any kind inside the condo is strictly prohibited! Drug use and illegal activities on the premises are also forbidden. Non-compliance results in a $300 USD fine and an extra $100 USD cleaning fee.

- No parties, events, or loud noise are permitted after 10 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

- Cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance to schedule.

- Outdoor security cameras are in place.

- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs caused during their stay. Excessive dirtiness will incur a $100 USD cleaning fee.

- Pets are welcome with a $100 fee.

- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee and subject to availability.

- Some amenities, like on-site restaurants, may require a fee.

- There are no mailboxes or lockers; guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.

- An independent management company manages the building. Any issues related to the building are separate from our condo’s management and are outside our control.

- Valet parking is available for an extra fee. There’s also a 24/7 parking lot nearby at Miami Worldcenter, 644 NE 2nd Avenue, with rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Since we do not manage parking, availability and pricing are not guaranteed.

- Package Policy: You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay. The building will hold them for a $5 daily fee. Keep in mind this service is managed by the building, not Lua Host, so it’s best to avoid deliveries when possible. If needed, this service is available.

- We provide some essentials to help you settle in, such as trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. These items are not replenished; you’ll need to buy more when they run out.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is in person. Please confirm your arrival time beforehand and be ready to present your ID at check-in. For anything you need, reach out to us 24/7 via your booking platform. We're always happy to help.
