We had a great stay. The location was perfect and close to everything. Easy check in and check out. The view from this place was amazing and beautiful to wake up to. The shower was not an ideal set up but doable. Would stay here again.

Everything was great - the place was clean and comfortable, the sunrises were amazing and communications with host were quick and helpful. The only reason for less than 5 stars was that it was quite noisy at night - up until about midnight. Of course the central location on Ocean Dr was otherwise just perfect and the listing did warn about this, so I’m not complaining just making a note of it. Also, it would have been nice to have enough K cups for coffee machine for at least 2 people to have coffee each morning (eg 6 pods instead of just 3).

What an apartment!! The view was amazing, full balcony beach view. You can wake up to the view of palm trees and the ocean, right from bed. The local clubs are heard, but the vibe perfectly matches South Beach! We will definitely see about availability for our next trip.

I really loved my stay. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place was very clean. The layout is really nice. It has all the necessities. The elevator was working perfectly, and the balcony is so cool.You can see both the sunrise and the beach right from there. The location is lively and busy, but if you prefer quiet, you can simply close the doors and it becomes very peaceful inside. They even provide earplugs in case you’re sensitive to sound for sleeping, which I really appreciated. Irina was an amazing host—super responsive, caring, kind, and genuinely cool. Anytime I had a question or needed something, she was there right away. I felt very supported and comfortable throughout my stay because of that. If ai could give her more then 5stars I would. Thank you so much.

The apartment was perfectly clean, and very well-equipped — full set of utensils (spoons, forks, knives), cookware, plates, cups, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and a Keurig coffee machine. There was also a refrigerator, electric stove, and a beautiful balcony view. The host even provided small amounts of soap, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch. The only downside: they are currently building a pavilion on the beach for an upcoming art exhibition in December, so it partially blocks the direct ocean view.

The unit is spectacular and the host was wonderful. She was very communicative and helpful. The nearby Clevelander is a bit loud, but that an issue at all. The location is also perfect. We will be back!

I totally love everything about my stay here at Spacious Studio Rooftop Pool and Bar while on vacation. It’s beautiful and clean also everything is right there from beach to restaurants to bars. It has one of the most amazing beautiful view's of the beach and skyline. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely visit again.

We had an absolute best time at our stay. Location was perfect, room was nice and clean (as we heard other rooms weren't so nice in the building). We were completely satisfied and will Definity stay in this room again if we come back to Miami!

Great location, right on ocean avenue

Great location as it is right in the heart of South Beach. Our balcony overlooks ocean drive. The condo was suitable for my wife and I, but I am not sure how it would be for more than 2 people. Pretty small and no place to keep your clothes, other than your bags which we placed on the couches. Fairly clean unit. 4th floor. Easy checkin as we were delayed by 5 hours. Still able to check in easily. Fantastic location.

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Right in the heart of everything. Noise level high but if you can sleep anywhere then this is the place. I’d come back with friends for sure. Solo, I might go south a couple of streets down. But overall I really enjoyed the place.

Great Location!!

Frequent flyer to South Beach, this property was in a central location on Ocean Drive. Communication was top notch with the property manager, check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful condo, much bigger than what appears in the pictures. Will be booking again for sure, Thank you!!!

South Beach Surprise

Beautiful location in central South Beach. Gorgeous patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and great people watching. The only issues I had with the property was there was a couch wrapped in plastic in our dining area the entire stay, and no couch for sitting. Apparently the incorrect couch was delivered so we had no couch to sit on, only the dining room chairs, and the bed. Communication with the host was OK. We were told the couch would be removed during the stay and a new one delivered, which did not happen. Although this was inconvenient, we did enjoy our stay as it was 3 minutes walk from the door to the beach, and so close to all the fun activities that South Beach has to offer. We were offered a 2 hour late check out option at no additional cost due to the inconvenience of the couch, which was appreciated. It is quite loud with the Palace right next door, but honestly was able to drone out the noise with the TV when we wanted to sleep. If you are looking for a great location, and don’t mind that it might not have all the amenities that are shown in the booking photos, then this is a great place.

Great stay!

The location was absolutely perfect. Our contact was very communicative. Sometimes I worry about the check in process especially late at night, but both check in and check out were great experiences. Our sink was clogged but someone fixed it in a timely manner. We will be back.

Great Stay!

I enjoyed my stay. I took a solo trip to Miami. Great location of course, I was able to walk everywhere. Of course if you're not a fan of loud music or crowds, this is not the place for you. I did not mind the music because it doesn't sound up close, you hear it at a distance.There are also ear plus provided. Irina was a great host, very very responsive and quick! Plenty of room for me. Looks just like the pics, I didn't cook anything but that is an option. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean drive so you have a great view of what's going on and the water. I recommend staying here, I will be back!

Def not as good as it looked

],I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent property I booked through VRBO. My experience at this property was far below the standards I expected, and I am compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an extremely unprofessional front desk employee. This individual’s behavior was unacceptable and set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. Their attitude and lack of professionalism were unlike anything we have ever encountered, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable .Once we entered the room, the problems compounded. Specifically:1.The sink was completely stopped up, rendering it unusable.2.The toilet was broken and could not be flushed w out reaching into the toilet tank 3.The shower leaked onto the floor, creating a slippery and hazardous environment. The rain shower only had cold water and the hot water was only from the tub sprayer .Despite reaching out to management to request immediate assistance with these issues, we received no response or support. This lack of accountability and service is unacceptable and severely impacted the quality of our stay.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a prompt investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and substandard experience

Perfect location!

We had an amazing time here! No need for a car, you can literally walk or rent a bike to travel. Everything is right there. They even provide earplugs bc the night life is directly downstairs.
