  • Modern and spacious one bedroom apartment, beautiful and wonderful view of the sea and surroundings, direct access to Hallandale Beach, Hollywood Miami across the street .
    Exclusive area and high standards of quality and services, private valet parking service, restaurants, coffees, swimming pools, large terraces, saunas, gym, games room in short, Tennis court , everything you need for an excellent and pleasant family stay.

    Special Notes:
    All passengers are required to pay , at check in, a daily resort fee of US$ 35 ( for apartment ) and security deposit of US$ 150 which will be refund after check out.
    The resort fee entitles all guest to :
    - Wristbands which grant access to the pool , beach , and fitness center , Gym.
    - Beach service will include (2) lounge chairs, (1) umbrella and towels.
    All passengers will be required to pay Cleaning room service for US$ 115 .

One night stay for business in Miami

The property is beautiful but I had an awful check in experience. The property was supposed to be ready for check in at 4PM but was not ready until approximately 4:45PM. The front desk personnel also could not find my carry on for a while, which mad me an hour late for my function. The couch in the living room/den area also looks stained.

A little dirty

We arrived late in the day and the check in was very easy through the hotel-condo check in desk. The apartment was large but the only negatives were the small bathroom toilet didn’t flush well and then broke a few days later. Backing up, which was not pleasant. The floors were stained when we arrived and definitely not properly cleaned. The sofa in the living room is disgustingly dirty and stained. I think the owner should consider changing the sofa and the rugs in the apartment as they are unacceptable. Overall the facilities were good. The 6th floor pool nice and wifi worked well as I spent time working in the condo. The other suggestion I might have is bring your own coffee as the owner only gives you decaf and then added additional regular coffee enough for 2 cups. It’s a small nice gesture to add when you are a host. Thanks

Decent stay.

Checking in, the front desk was smooth. However, the property manager and the hotels website indicated the deposit would be $150 however the Hotel indicated they place a $110 per night hold for incidentals, which are resort fees and valet parking. I chose not to drive so I did not use the valet. I would definitely make sure however you check your bill before doing an express checkout because I was accidentally charged for 2 nights of valet parking and didn't not have a car during my stay. The Manager of the hotel was kind enough to take care of the adjustments for me so it wasnt too much of a headache. The 3 stars is based on the condition of the unit. The apartment itself is laid out nicely and has a wonderful intercoastal view. We could immediately tell the unit need a touch up of paint, the walls were slightly dirty and chips of paint where coming off in certain places. The sofa was stained, not like someone dropped something on it and didn't clean it. It was more like previous guest had went to the pool and came and sat directly on the sofa without drying off, so there are several water and or sweat stains on the sofa which was a complete turn off, my partner and I didn't not sit on it at all during the entire stay which made for the level of comfortablility way less than what we would of liked. The bed was comfortable and we did get good sleep. The kitchen was nice. The shower did not have a place to put your soap, but nice rain shower. Overall, our stay was ok

Awesome accomodations

The unit was spacious and clean. The marina view from balcony was beautiful and relaxing.
