Stay Literally Anywhere But Here
This was the worst VRBO stay EVER. This unit was absolutely filthy. Like a full dried spilled smoothie on the floor, multiple dried boogies in one of the beds, you know what stains on the bedding/mattresses, black marks all over the floors, black marks all over the walls and beds. One of the two mini fridges in the room was left unplugged and closed, so there was a rotten smell in the room for our entire stay. My friend and I had to go to a store and spend nearly 200 on new bedding, towels, and cleaning supplies. It took us 2 hours to clean the entire unit to an somewhat okay level. I'm not a weird clean freak, but I'm telling you, our feet were black on the bottoms after 5 minutes walking around without shoes. It was DISGUSTING.We notified the host and they were unwilling to help. This place is basically a hotel (run by every unfriendly staff), so the only help the host offered was to have the cleaning staff come take a look. We weren't comfortable with anyone in the room while we weren't there, so we let them know the hours that would work for us (we gave a multiple hour window of time), but no one ever came to help or offer to clean. We requested a refund for our money spent and the host denied us. AS DID VRBO. Both offered awful customer service. I would literally recommend you stay ANYWHERE other than here. If we'd had anywhere else to go, we would have left the second we walked in the door. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!
