Great views and great location

This condo was perfect for our long weekend. Our husbands had an event on Saturday, so we came in a few days before and stayed a few days after. The views from the balcony were stellar. To our right we had the beach and to the left we had the inner-coastal. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We only ate breakfasts at the condo, and it worked out fine for us. Perfect place to spend a few days in the sun.

Beach weekend

Nice spacious 2 bedroom unit. All you need for a weekend stay. This unit doesn’t have private wifi in case that’s important for a longer stay or working. Otherwise, great location to restaurants and beach. Pools are 9th floor deck. There are 2 pools. One currently being repaired, should be open soon. Nice space. Beach amenities included in stay require a walk down the beach. If you’ve brought your own you can head straight out to the beach (direct access) and enjoy. Ness was very responsive to any questions.

Great stay!

We loved our stay. Condo was very nice and spacious. Two things that are resort-specific to keep in mind: - Elevators take a very long time - up to 15 mins which I is inconvenient when getting places. - Umvrellas and chairs included with stay are a 5-7 min walk on the beach to get there. May be challenging for elderly. Other than that, great stay and property manager was very responsive.

Great place to get away!

I highly recommend this listing for anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area. The view was stunning and the condo was very nice. The check in process was pretty smooth. You’ll have a little wait getting on the elevators but it wasn’t bad. There is a neat pool area and weight room on the 9th floor that overlooks the ocean. It was nice to have walk out access to the beach from the property and 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella per day while there. I had a few minor questions that Ness responded back to quickly. I would definitely visit here again if in the area. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

Great property

We enjoyed the stay at the property. Check-in process was easy and host gave us detailed instructions. The property has everything that family needs - pots, plates, etc. It is closely located to some stores if you need to grab some things. Elevators can get busy, but it is minor inconvenience. The building has great restaurant and bar. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful

We enjoyed this property so much. The location and views of the ocean were amazing. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Our only regret was that our trip was too short. It was also nice that the listing agent was in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was okay and offered his services if we needed anything. Don't hesitate to rent this lovely property. You won't be disappointed!!

Condo is clean and nice with outstanding views. Host checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed Only negative that has nothing to do with condo itself is the elevators can be very frustrating at busy times it can take 20 min plus to get up or down from unit. Overall we had an excellent stay Thank you!!!!!

Great Location and Pet Friendly!

It can be a challenge to find a luxury rental when traveling with four dogs. This property has a fabulous location right in the heart of Hallandale Beach, two wonderful restaurants on property, a great pool and spa, and valet parking. The building is very pet friendly and there is a very convenient area with bushes and grass just outside the gift shop that works great to let the dogs out. As others have stated the elevators can be a bit of a wait; mostly due to current safety precautions with Covid limiting elevators to 4 people, but if you plan ahead it’s really a minor inconvenience compared with the very well appointed unit, all the amenities the building has to offer, the location, and the breathtaking views from every room. The owner is also very fast to reply to any questions or concerns, and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. We will definitely be returning!

Not what we expected at all.

To start off this is a hotel. I get it that it has privately owned units but at arrival it’s a mad house. Ton of people checking in and out like in a normal hotel. The unit was not cleaned properly and the walls and furniture either marked or stained. No antibacterial soaps on the bathroom, 4 old hard towels for the whole place, no coffee, jelly on a knife, and the balcony floor was disgusting. Not to mention which us not the owners fault but at times 14 people in a elevator no regard for cdc guidelines of social distancing. The place just didn’t seem safe, walked to the 7/11 and homeless people everywhere just not very appealing at all. My wife and 2 children ended up leaving early on Father’s Day home. I know we are in tough times but I felt like more should have been done in order to make the guest feel safe and welcomed.

Nice Stay

The Condo was clean and had beautiful view. In all honesty, the stay was made better by the care, attention and responsiveness of the property manager, Ness. From time of booking to checking out, he was more like a personal concierge. He answered every question and attended to any issue quickly and happily. Thank you Ness!

Every day we like our unit even more!

Other than the lack of a coffee pot and more hand towels all was good. We left a French press for the next guest! We found the food at both restaurants good and used them several times! Really great marguerites on the beach! The beds were comfy, the appliances all worked well. Ness always promptly responded to our questions. Thanks for a memorable week!

Great views in a great location

We had a great weekend getaway with our family. The condo looked as great as the photos and the views were incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the pool deck and the beach access was great. My favorite part was the quality time with my wife and our two kids as we used the large deck (which was accessed from the living room and both bedrooms) for meals and to hang out. Having the great ocean and intercoastal views made for some great memories. Thanks Ness!

Pros: Owner Ness is great, VERY responsive to all our concerns.We got there early and he went out of his way to get us checked in. Unit was very nice, exactly like the pics. Fabulous views Cons: It was very crowded at the beach and pool. If you didn't come down very early to get chairs you might get shut out. Elevators could be an issue, like waiting 12-15 minutes type off issue. Definitely got better after Presidents Day. Overall I would recommend this place unreservedly. The Pros far outweighed the cons.
