A major issue throughout our stay was the repeated delivery of conflicting and unreliable information, which caused ongoing disruption and unnecessary stress.Regarding sleeping arrangements, we were told prior to arrival that a sofabed was available. After check-in, we were informed that no sofabed existed. Later, we were again told that a sofabed was available. This back-and-forth occurred multiple times and made it impossible to rely on the information we were given.A similar pattern occurred with maintenance access. We were initially informed that maintenance could be performed without anyone present in the unit. Later, we were told that someone had to be physically present, directly contradicting the earlier guidance and forcing last-minute changes to our plans.Staff interactions further compounded the situation. Requests could not be handled by phone and required repeated in-person visits to the front desk. Responses were slow, and interactions felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.In addition, the kitchen sink emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor during the stay, suggesting inadequate maintenance.The unit was located on the 2nd floor and lacked adequate sound insulation, resulting in frequent noise disturbances. The beach area was consistently overcrowded throughout our stay.Overall, the persistent pattern of miscommunication, poor responsiveness, and maintenance issues led to an unsatisfactory experience
