Please provide ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. **If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won´t be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. •

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )
**It has an additional cost of $100 USD up to 1:00 pm which is the latest time for checkout. **

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.
