The condo is located in the heart of Midtown, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a Trader Joe's in walking distance. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The building has a beautiful pool and gym. The condo was clean, had kitchen supplies and a filtered water option inside the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning worked well and the thermostat was easy to use. The condo is very secure, with key card access needed to enter the building and the garage. You will need the key card to enter the garage when you arrive, so check in with the front desk, go to the room to grab the key cards then you can access the garage to park. This was our first time staying in the area and the condo was perfect. We were traveling for business but had a day to enjoy the gym, the pool and a lovely date night without having to drive. Thank you Kim and Dennis.

The host communicated very well, very responsive. The home was as listed but better. Clean and felt safe coming and going. Unfortunately didn't get to use the pool. I would definitely stay at this property or anyone of there properties. Oh and the location was nice with all the restaurants and shopping.

Everything was super easy, place was extremely clean, our host was accessable and resolved our parking issue in no time. People at the reception area in the building were very nice, welcoming and made our registration easy and very smooth. All in all, perfect place, perfect location.

A Memorable Stay

The property exceeded our expectations and had everything you can imagine to enjoy a long weekend. We are so thankful for the hospitality Kim and Dennis provided. Perfect Stay away from home

Kim was very accommodating and attentive for any questions I may have had prior to my arrival. Check in process was a breeze. Apartment was clean, parking space was a great bonus as well as location. My family and I loved Kim’s place and are grateful for everything.

Nice Place but read the fine print

Overall a great place but we were only given one building key instead of two when we arrived. I did not think to contact the host and let her know there was only one on the counter - and I had to pay 100 for a missing pass that I never had. Read the fine print and remember if you are staying with VRBO they are not a hotel - you will get charged for anything and everything that goes wrong.

Great location in midtown

Perfect location for our stay in Miami. Clean comfortable room. Initial check in was tricky with having to find a place to park to get our room keys and parking assignment. Security in the building was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when visiting midtown.

Fantastic location

This place is amazing…it’s just like the pics. The location can’t be beat if you want to be in Midtown. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to do all within walking distance. If you have a car they have a parking garage as well you can use which helps and is very convenient. Unit was spotless, great water pressure, nice patio, and everything you could need for a stay.

Fantastic spot!

I cannot say enough good things: clean, comfortable, great location, lovely pool, more than adequate fitness room, safe...I will not hesitate to stay here again. Lots to do in the neighborhood and good central location with free, safe parking. Kim and Dennis are wonderful to work with. Highest recommendation. PS: my picky 17 year old daughter who thinks she's a Kardashian loved it too!

Excellent apartment - clean, large, great location!

I loved my stay here. The hosts were so welcoming and responsive. The building is in a great location - close to restaurants and shops - and feels very safe. There's a gym and pool. Best location and to stay to stay

Location was the best, 10 minutes away from the beach, five minutes walk from Design District, yards away from all kind of restaurants and shopping. Condo is super clean and Mrs. Kim was very helpful in all our questions regarding the condo and places to go. We will definitely return to this place on our next trip to Miami

Awesome condo, location was fabulous

We would give 100 stars if we could! The condo was so much nicer in person, bigger, so clean and great views. Kim was great, very responsive, helpful & truly made us feel comfortable - the building is very secure even smells clean, almost a hotel/resort style like they mentioned. I would def recommend staying there. We were hestitant at first bc new listing but glad we did as it exceeded our expectations and everyone has to start somewhere. We will be back for certain!! Thank you Kim!
