NUMEROSAS REVISIONES POSITIVAS DESDE 2011 EN OTROS SITIOS WEB PRINCIPALES .... SOLO COMENZAR A LISTA AQUÍ EN NOVIEMBRE

El Congreso Hotel / Condominio perfectamente ubicado (1060 Ocean Drive, South Beach 33139.) Esto ofrece una de las más hermosas piscinas en la azotea en Ocean Drive.

La suite Versace Mansion con vista al mar de un dormitorio que ofrezco tiene aproximadamente 650 pies cuadrados; tiene una cama King y un sofá cama completo --- Una cuna.

A diferencia de la mayoría de las unidades en The Congress con vista al mar y ruido significativo en la calle, esta unidad es silenciosa ... Una rareza en Ocean Drive.

Las características estándar incluyen una cocina completa (refrigerador, microondas, lavaplatos, estufa en la suite de un dormitorio y todos los electrodomésticos básicos). Hermoso cuarto de baño con bañera profunda. TV por cable y WiFi gratis / Internet. Toallas de playa incluidas.

En comparación con las suites que ofrece el hotel, sé que mi unidad es una de las pocas, si las hay, con un colchón hipoalergénico / sellado y 2 tocadores de ropa. Sorprendentemente, la mayoría de las unidades en el edificio tienen solo un pequeño armario para la ropa de los invitados y no tienen una cómoda ni armarios para el almacenamiento.

Tenga en cuenta que mis huéspedes NO tienen que pagar la "Tarifa del complejo" del hotel, pero tendrán el mismo acceso a la piscina del hotel que los huéspedes del hotel.

Great location and a very clean and safe unit/building/area. Lee was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, but we had no issues at all during our stay. Would love to return soon!

広々とした部屋で、窓から海も見えました。キッチンには一通りのものが十分に揃っています。部屋もきれいでした。テレビがリビングとベッドルームの両方にあります。パレスというバーの近くなので、静かに過ごしたい方には少し賑やかかもしれませんが、ナイトライフを含めたマイアミを楽しみたい方には完璧な場所です。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。プールはC棟の屋上にあり、6階で、バーもありお昼頃からはDJがいます。眺めは最高です。朝はまだ静かで、それも良かったです。

Unpleasantly surprised

The location was great. Right across from the beach. had to pay over 200 just for parking at this place (should have been stated in the listing) the A/C didn’t work, be prepared to sweat (was 85) day and night in there. Whole place smells like smoke, not very pleasant. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with everything. Cannot bring service dogs to the pool even though it states service dog friendly. Should also stated that there’s loud music going until 1AM every night

Located in the heart of South Beach

The entrance isn’t fancy, but the room was quite comfortable and had a nice supply of kitchen ware for cooking. We were pleased with the set up.Parking is a problem. Valet parking cost about 50 a night with tips included. Self parking ramps are available nearby for half the price, but we didn’t try those. Our parking bill for a week here cost as much as a rental car. A rooftop pool and bar offer spectacular views of Miami Beach.

Misleading Amenities

I would love to provide a positive review for this property. It has some great features and the owner is responsive and informative. However, the property details state that there is onsite parking. One of the key reasons we booked this site is because it had onsite parking and my wife had just broken her tow a week prior. This property does not have onsite parking. They have valet parking that cost extra. The experience we had was that at check in the front desk staff stated that we should walk down to a different hotel and use their valet parking because it would be cheaper than the valet parking for the property that we were staying at. This resulted in having to wait 30 to 40 mins every time we needed the car. The next issue is that the property details states that there is a heated pool. Which it is true that the property has a heated pool but it is not true that it is in the same building that each room is located in. We were in building C and the pool is on the roof of building D. Access to the roof pool was done by walking the 6 or 7 flights of stairs of a separate building to get to it. This feels like it is technically true that the property has a heated pool but does not meet a standard expectation that the pool is available to each tenant. Couple this with the fact that there was pool party happening in the pool that anyone from the streets could attend. The balcony was 1 ft wide and did not have chairs as advertised. Lastly there was mold in the bathroom.

Premium Location

So first time we been to Miami , we wanted somewhere very close to the beach and shops etc so we didn't need a car . This property ticks those boxes . You can just see the beach out the window and its a 2 min walk across the road so that was great for us . Its probably in one of the busiest parts in South Beach next to a club called The Palace - look it up , may or may not be your thing - its a very loud trannys bar thats very popular from 10 in the morn to late at night ! Not really for young families !! At night once windows are shut as this is on the side of the building you dont really hear much except the odd car revving up as they cruised past . The apartment itself could do with a little updating , funny smell when you first walk in , not sure what that was . Bed was great , big and comfy but in the kitchen only a little portable oven , could do with a full size one - there is space for it and maybe a washing machine too . In the bathroom , bath looks great but has no taps so can only fill by leaving shower running , and extractor fan didn't seem to work . Could do with a clothes dryer as no where to hang towels. There is a rooftop pool you can access on next building but every-time we went up there , there were loud bi-sexual parties which wasn't our thing so we never actually used the pool ! Overall if you want to be close to the beach and shops then this property is great for that , and the host Lee was helpful and quick with communications.

All was good, except they need darkening blinds for bedroom as the the Versace Hotel next door has lights on all their trees and shines in like its daylight outside. Difficult to fall asleep. Great location in middle of all the action.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was clean and beautiful with a perfect location just across the street from the beach. Lee was a great host and quick to respond to the many questions I had before arriving. I would definitely recommend.
