“This is the place to book! My family absolutely loved staying here! It is gorgeous, clean, and provides a relaxing, peaceful, and secure environment to rest. The host is so nice, quick to respond to any questions, and her hospitality is unmatched. Check in/Check out is clearly defined and simple. The house is fully stocked with everything my family would need and more; it felt welcoming and very homey. The amount of effort and care that was put into this house reflects in each room. “Beautiful property and great hosts! Stayed here for a wedding along with a few of my relatives; they greatly accommodated us. Everything was exactly as described, check-in and check-out were easy! Amazing amenities such as the coffee bar they had, along with appliances that made cooking easy, and we didn't have to worry much about bringing our own stuff. Would definitely recommend booking this place to anyone!”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

“We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties this year and this one was by far the best! The only complaint I have is that the water (including from the refrigerator) doesn’t taste good. A Brita pitcher with water or bottles of water for guests would be nice. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need during our stay including towels, shoes and toys for the pool, kitchen accessories, first aid kit, fans, iron and ironing board, laundry soap and...
