Spotless, inexpensive, and just what I needed during my visit in Miamisburg. The staff was very friendly, and free breakfast to boot!

Clean, renovated place, but air conditioner very noisy and shoots the air right in the bed; windows not thick enough, you hear the highway. And people across the hall noisy all night (not the hotel’s fault of course). Overall a bad noght

The elevator was down so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The pool was closed, which was very disappointing because that’s the whole reason I booked the room. We didn’t get greeted when we walked in, I thought the concierge was a guest before he asked did we have a reservation.

We were in town for a graduation, the hotel is under construction so the pool and exercise room were closed, I loved the room with the fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burners! I loved the no carpet in the rooms. The hot breakfast was great even without the meat. If I had to add to the hotel; I would add a laundry room, some meat to the breakfast, different bed frames (Quiet) and an ashtray outside for us smokers, my biggest pet peeve is to see butts on the ground. Trash Cans were available sadly there are some smokers on this earth that have no smoking etiquette. The morning and night female clerks were amazing! I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again...can't wait to see the finished remodel.

Horrible, booked with them arrived on time and was told they didn’t have my room. I opened a curtain and it fell and cut me. Horrible!!!!

I would not recommend it. Although the room was large and didn't look too bad—since it was new—the lack of cleanliness was evident: the floors, windows, lobby, and elevator were all dirty. Nothing was acceptable. The breakfast is hard to describe. There was no coffee or tea during the two days I stayed there. Just cold eggs, some bread... in short, it was terrible.

The sheets, bed, and room were very clean. I was very surprised and happy with the cleanliness. The pool is currently not open and the bed was a spring box that made slight noise. I have experienced worse beds. The bed was comfortable and functional. The breakfast is pleasant as well. I will definitely go back

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the property was in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff consisting of “Sam” & VJ were above & beyond as well as the cleaning people. Could not ask for better because there is NONE BETTER!!! We stayed on 3rd (THIRD) Floor for 10 Days with NO ELEVATOR & NO HOT WATER (for 4 days) and that really was bad as we are in our 70’s. Yes, EVERYONE CAN USE THE EXERCISE HOWEVER That was not Ideal & we know some things are out of your control. We hope for some compensation for future stays there. We are from that area & your Miamisburg Location is PERFECT AS WE HOPE YOUR HOTEL WILL REMAIN & stay on top of the necessary equipment repairs.

First, the room advertised with the full kitchenette and a small couch was not what you got and that was the reason of booking this hotel. Second, the door did not have top latching lock mechanism on it which made my wife feel insecure through the night. It was either removed or broken off but it was clearly that at some point and every hotel room I’ve ever stayed at had one. Thirdly, the back door entrance had a broken scanner so there was a rock that propped the door open. Anybody could’ve entered the facility from that entrance however there were cameras all through the hallways. Aside from those few upsets the facility itself including the rooms were very clean and newly renovated with new beds and furniture and tvs, it seems. It smelled clean and I never once smelled smoke of any sort which was an absolute bonus. The bathroom sink was in a spectate area from the shower and toilet which was nice. The bed had plenty of pillows the room had plenty of light options as well as usb options. Breakfast in the morning was scrambled eggs sausage links bagels toast cereal yogurt apples waffles juice and coffee in a separate area on the front wall of the dining area which was nice. Overall the hotel was pleasant clean quiet and reasonably priced for what you get. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area and need accommodations for over night.

I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still disappointed in their lack of resolve.

This hotel was excellent for the things that really matter to me when staying away from home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sam! I stayed in two different rooms during my four nights and both rooms were very clean (newly remodeled) and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star review was the breakfast. If the breakfast provided does not matter to you, then I promise you will love everything else about your stay!

Hotel seems to be in process of updating or possible new ownership. Rooms were clean and flooring was good. Breakfast was sparse and not restocked in last hour; it was also missing typical items like salt, pepper, ketchup, lids for coffee cups.
