“My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as a little getaway. The cottage was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. There was a strong smell of what we think must be burnt popcorn in the kitchenette area. It wasn’t unbearable though. The kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a small meal which was nice. The disposable coffee cups were so nice to have so we could take a coffee to-go. “Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. ”

“Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again.”
