The house was splendid. Plenty of kitchen utensils. However kitchen faucet did leak wasn't issue.

Family had a great time. The house offered great opportunity for memories.

The best girls' getaway!

We had the loveliest time at Set Sail for our Ladies Weekend Away! The house was spotless, the beds comfortable and the owners were amazing to work with. We absolutely loved this gorgeous house and can't wait to come back!

Highly Recommended

We really enjoyed this property for a family gathering. The back porch overlooks the woods and provides a peaceful environment. We have stayed in several Beachwalk properties and this one is a favorite for its location, new construction and responsiveness of the owner.

A great family trip

The home was clean, beautiful and in a great location. We loved the back porch and golf cart access. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking at Beachwalk!

Beautifully appointed upscale home. Perfect for a family weekend. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone to comfortably relax. Would love to return!

Stayed for a "girls weekend" - this place was perfect. Great location & great house. Open design, many bedrooms, many bathrooms - all allowed for good "covid" spacing. Already looking for an excuse to return.

Great time had by all

Set Sail was beautiful. Everyone in the group was very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces were phenomenal. Plenty of space and ease in using the property. Great time had by all.

Luxurious get away

Huge home...well decorated and supplied. Close walk to Lake Michigan beach and supplied with towels, chairs, beach umbrella and wagon to get it all there! Great front AND back porches for hanging out. Gas lit fire pit made making smores so easy!

Beachwalk

This house is clean, bright, and modern. Well-appointed and well maintained. We only stayed for a long weekend but we had 3 generations of family and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The downstairs game room was key for little ones.

Great place to stat

This was probably one of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Plenty of space, Eva was very accommodating. Lovely back porch to sit on. Only thing would be to bring soap products as not all bathrooms had hand soap.

A Family Memory

For our family, this home provided us with the perfect accommodations. We had four young adult males and four young adult girls (all our grandchildren) and the trundle beds worked out perfectly. I think the area that we enjoyed the most was the large screened in back porch and the fire pit. We had many good laughs at night around the fire. Another family vacation that gave us wonderful memories.

Wonderful home! Perfect for our family gathering!

Communication was easy and clear. They had an informative binder full of instructions for the property and local ‘to do’s’, restaurants and menus. We came in the off season for our granddaughters 1st birthday in October but will definitely look to rent again when we can hit the beach and take advantage of local offerings!

Beautiful home

House is spacious. We had a large group big couches to hang out together. Kitchen fully equipped. Great showers. Kids loved going on rides on the golf cart ( adult driven). Only suggestion could use a small dresser in bedrooms Thank you Brian and Eva

Perfect Location!

Very Nice Home! We stayed here with our children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren IT WAS PERFECT! The park was across the street, the fishing pier was down the street and the beach was 4 minutes away. Shopping all nearby. The house was perfect as well, enough space for everyone but my favorite area was the screened in back porch. Relaxing out there with the fireplace going while sipping on A Perfect Margarita with my daughters was Bliss! We will come back!

Beautiful, spacious home!

We rent vacation homes every year for our family reunion and this my be the nicest place we've ever rented. Open, bright, large kitchen/dining/living room space. Huge screened back porch overlooking patio w/fire pit and 2 parking spaces. Well stocked garage - toys, lawn/beach chairs, flotation devices, etc. Large basement with large comfortable fold out couch, ping-pong, blankets and full bathroom. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Perfect for large families & reunions.
