Casa de nueva construcción en la playa, a un paseo del lago.

¡No pierdas la oportunidad de ser uno de los primeros en alquilar nuestra hermosa y nueva casa de playa! Evita el ruido y la conmoción de otras propiedades de la playa y elige este hermoso refugio. Ubicado un fácil (plano!) A 10 minutos a pie del lago Michigan, esta casa ofrece 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos y tiene capacidad para 10 personas en camas, acomodando fácilmente a dos familias.

La casa se construyó nuevamente en 2019 y estará lista para la semana del 4 de julio. Cargado con modernas comodidades, incluyendo:
      - Cocina moderna totalmente equipada, con electrodomésticos nuevos.
     - Patio grande con parrilla, fogón y muchos asientos.
     - Sala de estar, comedor y sala de juegos con mucho espacio para relajarse juntos
     - Habitación para todas las estaciones en el patio trasero para evitar los insectos o el mal tiempo.
     - Se incluyen toallas de playa, juguetes, sillas y vagones para cada transporte.
      - Aparcamiento (3 coches y más bajo petición).
      - Lavadora secadora
      - Aire Acondicionado Central.
      - Cerraduras electrónicas - acceso fácil y sin llaves perdidas
    
Combine todo esto con una decoración serena y moderna en la playa, y tendrá un lugar de vacaciones ideal para pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares.

Tres dormitorios y dos baños, incluido el principal, están en el piso principal, lo que lo hace ideal para aquellos que desean evitar las escaleras.

La propiedad se administra de forma local, por lo que estamos allí si surge algún problema (y le daremos muchas recomendaciones locales).

Our family of 5 adults, 2 children really enjoyed our week stay in Aug 2025. Beach is only a short walk away. The property provided a wagon and beach chairs that were a bonus to have for our daily beach visits. Beds were comfortable, loved the spacious kitchen and seating. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Sunsets were beautiful. Never ran out of hot water for showers/baths. Fire piand patio was a nice hangout area in the evening. Owner delivered wood at no extra cost wifi and smart TVs worked without interruption during a couple stormy evenings. Nearby zoo was great on a cloudy day.

Best stay ever. 3rd time we have stayed here. 10 min flat walk to beach with great weather all week. House was clean . We love the big table. 7 of us eating all at one table with food in the middle. Back room great for storage and staging for the beach. Patio works to put every together and roll out to the beach.

Property was wonderful and an easy walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and had everything needed for our stay. Traveled with family and they had a Pack and Play and high chair available if needed. Beach chairs were also great to have. Would stay again in the future.

Cute Property

Very attractive. Just nice to drive up to. Cute backyard with nice fire pit, table, etc. Great bedroom situations. Cute kitchen - nice touches like snacks. Manager was communicative and helpful. I didn't experience any gotchas between listing/description and arrival. Would absolutely 100% rent this place again.

Michigan City Beach Trip

Our stay at Mandy’s home was overall pleasant. The location was excellent—quiet, walkable, and close to the beach, park, and zoo. The home matched the listing, was spacious, and had useful amenities like a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The firewood delivery was a nice touch.That said, we did experience a few issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the door sensor beeped continuously despite the doors being closed. We contacted the host immediately. Since they are not local, a property manager was sent over. While she arrived promptly, she was confrontational from the start, escalating the situation unnecessarily. She later returned with a cooler and her husband, who was even more aggressive—belittling us and giving an unhelpful lecture on how refrigerators work.A repair technician came the next day and resolved the cooling issue, though the beeping persisted. We also found several nails in the driveway—dangerous for our child and vehicles. This was reported but never addressed.The home itself could use a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. Future guests should be aware of the property’s current condition and the property manager’s unprofessional behavior. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the home has great potential.

Nice stay

The house is lovely and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood. The host is accommodating and communication is excellent. The only negative is that the beds upstairs are not comfortable for adults. They would be good for young children . The downstairs beds are very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches such as beach towels and chairs, games etc..highly recommend.

This house was the perfect size for our large family. In fact, due to illness, we had more than enough room for our family.The house was clean and provided enough bedrooms and beds for all.It might have been good to add a TV(s) to bedrooms.

Wonderful beach house for a group of family or friends

We stayed at Mandy's beach house in Sheridan Beach for a family wedding. We all grew up in the area but now live in California. Modern, clean, well organized house with plenty of space and amenities. We had a hiccough and Mandy and her mom Sue got it taken care of right away. We all decided we would stay here for the next visit home.
