There are a few quirks as to be expected in an old building but that didn’t put us off as we ourselves live in an old property. Communication was very good. Thank you for having us 😊”

Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. Our visit coincided with a 30C heatwave but our room on the first floor, although without air conditioning, remained at a pleasant...
