Dune House is a very spacious holiday house that can accommodate 10 people on the basis of 4 spacious bedrooms. Furthermore, the house has 2 parking spaces and a large garden, where you can enjoy a delicious apero in the sun in the lounge while the kids play in the sandbox! It has everything you could need for a family vacation!

The Space:
The large living area, which is located on the first floor, is spacious and welcoming. With seating for all guests, this living area is perfect for socializing with your family or friends. From the balcony you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee!

The open kitchen features modern kitchen devices and offers a wide selection of cookware and dinnerware (including several coffee makers, juicer, blender and toaster). Thanks to the large oval table, everyone can enjoy a delicious meal together!

On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms with electric box springs and a modern and spacious bathroom with both bath and shower.

A large, bright room on the third floor accommodates 4 single beds with TV.

The outdoor space of Dune House is just as wonderful as the inside. The garden is furnished with a covered lounge, sun loungers and a sandbox for the kids! A BBQ is also available!

There is room for 2 cars in the garage. A second shower is also available on the ground floor. Furthermore, you can also use an electric charging station for your car! In the garage there is also an extra fridge and freezer available!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house and its facilities.

PET:
1 pet is allowed in Dune House. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
