“The apartment was well furnished, clean and quiet. The in-unit laundry was a nice feature. On-street parking was no problem to find close to the unit, and it is located in a safe neighborhood. The hosts are excellent. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Baltimore.”

The main problem with a basement apt is that the thermostat is usually upstairs in the main house, but host was most accommodating about temperature control.
