“We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

“Beautiful stay for our quick family getaway. House layout is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, open spaces, great beds, linens, etc. Pool area was perfect and very safe with kids age 5+.”

“Nothing too fancy. AC was a blessing for us northerners. Good location to stores and shops and the venue for graduation. House is older, but well kept. The ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but you could still get the ice from inside.”

“Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!”

“All the comforts of home in this getaway on the river. Watch the wildlife while sitting on the huge porch or read a book while relaxing in the hammock. The dock is inviting, offering more opportunities to get close to nature. The house is clean; everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable. Great place to get away from the hectic demands of everyday life. Good access to visit St. Augustine. Highly recommended.”

“This property was perfect for our needs. It is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood near NAS JAX. You can trust the pictures - the rooms and amenities are exactly as represented. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals but could benefit by the addition of serving bowls, a pitcher and BBQ utensils. We appreciated that the hosts respected our space and asked permission to access the property while were visiting.”

“The property was located in a nice townhouse community near I-10, but the area surrounding it was not the best. Very industrial. The property was updated and nice inside. We had issues with the door code, but the owner resolved it without issue. Master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for the guest who slept on it, but the other beds were fine (one was missing a top sheet). We were attending an event at Everbank Stadium and it was conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away.”

“The home was clean and quiet. It was a very convenient, short drive to LaVenture Grove, where my daughter got married. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and a nice large kitchen to prepare some food together.”
