This renovated timber cottage sits close to Middleton Point and the township, an easy walk from the beach, the tavern, and local parks. It's a straightforward, no-fuss base for a family beach holiday, with a fully fenced yard that makes it one of the few pet-friendly options in the area.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second offers a tri-bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top, suiting kids or a small group. The open-plan lounge and dining area has reverse-cycle air conditioning and a combustion fire for comfort in every season, along with a flat-screen TV and DVD player for movie nights. The galley kitchen covers the basics with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, and a large fridge/freezer, and the laundry includes a top-loading washing machine for longer stays. The bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and continuous hot water.

Outside, front and rear timber decks give you a couple of spots to relax, with the rear deck seating 6 to 8 around a gas BBQ overlooking the fenced backyard. A Balinese-style garden nook and outdoor hot and cold shower add a nice touch for rinsing off after the beach. Off-street parking fits 2 to 3 vehicles, and local tennis courts are also nearby for guests wanting more to do.
