Absolutely perfect spot and home. Close enough to everything one wants to be close to while being outside of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful outside dining was perfect for morning coffee while kiddo played in the yard. The third bedroom was also the tv room, which meant negotiating shared space, but it all worked out. We would love to stay here again.

Great for family!

Had a wonderful week — house comfortable and super accommodating for our family of six. Location can’t be beat — close to our favorite RI beaches, two birding sanctuaries, Sweet Berry Farm, easy access to Newport. Communication with Zack was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place to make memories

The house is really well kept up, it’s beautiful and clean! It is a little bit farther from the beach than we expected but it was a short drive over. The house is amazingly decorated, has great charm. The host responded quickly. 100% we would stay here again.

Beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home and yard! It is just as described and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beaches and taking walks in the area, but we were also happy relaxing at the house. We would love to return!

LOVED this place -- Looking forward to returning

We loved this house inside and out. We liked how nicely decorated it is throughout and the big comfortable living room. No TV in that room, but we didn't find that to be a bad thing. Plus there's a monster-sized TV in the den. The king bed in the master bedroom was SUPER comfy. Loved the view of the fields out back from the bedrooms and windows by the kitchen table too. Then outside, we loved the table and chairs in the side yard, the quaint little table and chairs for two on the back porch, the 2 sunning chairs in the back corner, and the big comfy sectional in the back yard. The location was perfect for us, having a car. Probably less than a mile from the beach and caught some great pics of the moon and moonlight reaching out across the water and the surfers. With being so close to the Middletown village, to Newport, the beaches and nature reserves, it took us very little time to get to them. So we were able to see everything we had hoped to see. Enjoyed some great food in both too -- day and night. Zack was a very communicative and helpful host as well. All things considered, are we looking forward to coming back? You bet we are!

Excellent location in Middletown!

Honestly, we loved it. We stayed there for a bachelorette party/weekend that was focused on cooking good food, watching movies, and relaxing at the beach. We were so pleased with the whole setup - perfect for families or friend groups, and I loved that there were towels and chairs for us to take to the beach (10 minute walk!) and we didn't have to worry about parking. Very close to the vineyard, and Newport of course. I'm actually hoping to come back next summer with my family because I just found it very charming and convenient. Literally our only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom for people to hang their towels - if that's the biggest comment 6 of us can make, they've got a good thing going here.

Sweet home with great location

This house was super clean and sweet. Very well-appointed with everything we needed for kitchen, beach etc. The house also has great outdoor space for sitting and dining and is close to the beach and a short drive to downtown Newport! The owner, Zack, was super responsive and helpful all along the way. The only heads up is that while the written description was entirely correct, the number of beds and baths (which VRBO uses as summary info and to sort, etc.) was not correct. This is truly a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with an office that can be used as a third bedroom. Thank you, Zack for your adorable house and all your help along the way!

Impressive

This was our very first experience with VRBO and I can say that I was thoughtfully impressed with this home and our entire experience. Everything for this house has been thoroughly thought though. There were plenty of extra towels, an outdoor shower, laundry machines, air conditioners, books and games for my kids to use, sand toys and beach chairs, corn hole, and so much more. My kids were ecstatic to find a large tub of wooden toy trains and tracks which kept them busy when we spent time at the house. Both the inside and outside were kept in impeccable conditions. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. We didn’t walk to the beach because it would have been a bit much for the little legs in our group. However, there are three beaches (and restaurants) that are a pretty quick and easy drive. Zach was great to work with. He and his family even put together a list of things and places for our family to visit in the area. We have fallen in love with Rhode Island so I’m sure we will be back. Thanks for making our first VRBO experience a great one!

Best Host!

We had a great stay. Zach was so friendly and was super responsive to any message. He went above and beyond when I asked for anything. He even had a stroller brought there so I didn’t have to check mine on the plane. Very close to the beach and to different parts of town where things are happening! Would definitely go back and would recommend!!

We went with a group of girls and the house was perfect. Great outdoor space and the living area is perfect for big groups. We used the beds and the pull out couches which were all great.

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The host was extremely attentive to our needs and did his best to make sure we had a great stay. The house was extremely clean. It was great that they were multiple air conditioning units in different rooms to help keep the house cool. While we were there, the lawn was mowed, and the hot tub was cleaned, showing the attention to details. The kids loved the bunk beds and board games in the closet. Thanks Zach for a great stay!

Beautiful home close to the beach!

Our group of 8 absolutely LOVED this VRBO rental! Zach was so great to work with and always quickly responded to my questions in advance of the trip. When I asked about a mattress topper for the pull out bed, he went ahead and ordered one for us. Talk about above and beyond!! The house itself is beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and every single person commented on how comfortable the beds were. Everything was also so clean. The outside was also incredible; we spent so much time on the cozy sectional, eating at the table, using the fire pit, and in the hot tub. The outdoor shower is also a great touch! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could and would love to come back. Thanks again Zach!
