Excelente ubicación cerca de North Loop 250 y Garfield. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de restaurantes, cafetería, supermercado Market Street, Crossfit, gimnasio de héroes y un cine. 3 camas, 2 baños, cocina completa, sala de estar, desayunador, oficina y bar con máquina de café, wifi, 2 televisores, cable y parrilla de propano en el interior del gazebo y la piscina. Fumar está bien en el gran patio cubierto, pero por favor no en la casa. Excelente configuración para profesionales que viajan a Midland semanalmente o por diversión para la familia.

Great little pool

The house was perfect size for a small family gathering ranging in age from 8 to 88 years old. Weather was perfect for enjoying the pool. Comfortable, cute but needs a few repairs. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great visit with our family in Midland using this home, swimming and cooking out. Great layout for entertaining and host is very responsive. This is our second time staying and we plan to rent again in the future.

A nice house in a convenuent and comfortabe neighborhood with great hosts!

The property was very comfortable and well maintained and well provisioned. During the process of check in there was a little bit of a hiccup but one of the hosts showed up almost immediately and took care of the problem. In the end we couldn't be happier with our overall stay I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent House

Instructions were easy to follow. Got into the house super easy. House is very nice. Stayed 2 nights cause I got surgery and it was perfect for my little group. House was super clean. Will be staying again

Kids loved the pool

We chose this place because we wanted a pool for the kids. They loved it. The pool was good. The rest of the house could use some updates but overall an ok stay.

Great Family Home

You couldn’t ask for anything more. Kitchen had pots and pans… The POOL was delicious and enjoyed everyday we were there. My Family and I threw a gathering for our Sons graduation and everyone had a blast.

Our favorite book in Midland

We had a small get together for my daughter’s first birthday at this location. We live in Midland, but we still felt we had went on vacation with the luxury and comfort of the bnb. The property owner was very commutative, even before booking and was there to answer all the questions. The pool was the perfect size and we loved that there was a gate to better protect the littles. All in all, we were very pleased and will likely book again for future events our little family throws together. Thank you hosts!

Midland property

Very impressed. Super clean and very spacious. Only problem was barbecue pit. Hadn’t been cleaned and out of propane. Caused a delay in our gatherings lunch, went out and purchased more propane.

Continue with updates and work on keeping clean and this property will continue to improve. Property manager could not have been nicer.

I will absolutely book again when we return to visit family! Pool was clean and maintained (my only tiny complaint was pool was freezing). Bedding was clean. There were sufficient supplies like TP, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes, utensils. Bedrooms and living room had tvs; we only used master. Could easily fit a family of 10-12. Our family of 6 was extremely comfortable. Safe neighborhood in an area near lots of restaurants, etc. One of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in!
