Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. “Place was beautiful. However I am disappointed as the shower was terrible. Being Gas powered the water was ice old or extremely hot for 15 seconds. Ive reported the matter the person in charge of which I received no apology and i was told that the shower will be working perfectly the next morning. And not to my surprise it was not working. The water had sand as per the pics i will upload. The shower was ice cold and both my kids are now ill from standing in the shower waiting for hot water...

“It was a very beautiful setting. The room was very small and the pictures on the booking were a little different. Gettijg into the estate was a bit of a mission. I was suppose to recieve a code prior to atrivijg which was never sent. Once i had my cide, it still did not work. This meant i had to use another gate at the back of the estate which was highly inconvenient ”

“On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving...
