“Terrible! I never received access information to the home. I messaged the host a few hours before check in asking how we get in to the home. No reply for 2 hours, so I messaged again. Still no reply. We arrive 1.5 hours after the allowed check in time. Still no access code to the home. Upon arrival, a patio door on the basement floor is open with all of the lights on.
