It was an easy 10 minute walk to the tram in the parking lot, and then a breeze ride to the park. “Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. ”
