  • Panoramic 180 degree views of the river, marsh and gorgeous live oak trees from the modern, nicely appointed 1 BR 1 Bath rental. Perfect size for 2 guests, this direct waterfront rental is located on the Medway River at Sunbury GA and only 35 min from historic downtown Savannah.

    This newly built rental (new construction 2022) is an above garage apartment with a full equipped kitchen, king sized bed, full bathroom, flat screen TV and washer/dryer.

    Sit out on the porch to enjoy the 180 degree views of the riverfront with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or cocktail in the evening.

    Walk to the Sunbury Crab Company Restaurant only 0.2 miles away for some great seafood and atmosphere.

    Bringing a boat? You can rent a dock space from the Sunbury Crab Company Marina (cost based on length of boat).

    Centrally located on the GA coast, head north about 70 mins to Tybee Island or head south about 70 min to the beaches of St Simons Island and Jekyll Island.

    Special Considerations:

    Guests have to go up a flight of stairs for this rental over the garage.

    Guests do not have dock access with the rental, but you can lease dock space for your boat from the Sunbury Crab Co Marina only 0.2 miles away.

    Guests do not have access to the pool in the yard at the primary residence next door.

    Strict no pet policy at the rental.

    No children due to the stairs and layout of the accommodations with one king bed.

This was the most comfortable, relaxing Vrbo property I’ve ever stayed in and is an excellent price point for what is provided. Stunning homage to the history of architecture in the low country, beautiful view, kind owners, thoughtfully laid out, great location, very clean. I’ll never forget this stay. would be a great place for a weekend getaway for a couple or like myself a stay while I was closing on a home in the area. I see myself in the future sending this property to parents and grandparents when they come to visit. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing view of the marsh. Had a WIFI issue when we arrived, but host was super responsive and fixed immediately. Everything was great .

The cottage was exactly as portrayed in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable and located in a very quiet area with a small deck offering views of the marshes and river behind the cottage. It’s located about 40 miles south of Savannah’s historic district. The listing is managed by a rental management professional, even though the cottage is located above the garage of a private homeowner. The rental agent was quite responsive. An example was the power went out one day and the problem was fixed promptly. I highly recommend this listing.

Sweet Spot

We really enjoyed our little 2 night getaway to the coast to visit family. The location was great. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the marsh.

Cozy Coastal Getaway

Perfect Spot

This is a beautifully kept property overlooking the river with a perfect view of the marshes. You can watch the sunrise each morning and watch the long shadows fall over the marshes each evening.

Perfect piece of Paradise

A beautiful Studio apartment that is equipped with everything you could possibly need! Very clean and so cutely decorated. It is in a great location as well!! This is definitely a top pick of rentals for the area.

What a beautiful stay! The owners are very welcoming with everything decorated so pretty. The bed was very welcoming with soft sheets and pillows after a long day. The sunrise view in the morning was breath taking. Would stay here again if in the area.

Phenomenal Place

We loved staying at River Vista! Beautifully decorated accommodations, gorgeous view and super helpful hosts. Another bonus was how close the Sunbury Crab restaurant is as well as the Smokin Pig. Also, the ease of getting to Savannah (about 40 mins) was another perk as well. I highly recommend this place!

Cute & Cozy

This area is beautiful and out of the way. Close enough to visit Savannah, but not in all the hustle bustle of the city. You have a nice peaceful view from the deck. Perfect spot for a couple people to get away. Plus, the bed is comfortable.

Quiet and Relaxing Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Sunbury. Apartment was very clean,quiet and cozy. Lorin and Jennifer are fantastic hosts. The view from the porch is amazing. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you for our stay it was very relaxing and restful.😊

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is the second time my Fiancé and I have vacationed at River Vista 180. We've immensely enjoyed our time at River Vista 180 both times. We certainly plan to go back. It is our "Little Slice of Heaven." I highly recommend River Vista 180 if you're looking for a quite, calm, and beatifical get-a-way.

Absolutely Perfect!

Cannot say enough about this quaint, cozy loft! And just close enough to Savanna and the sea. So much to do, and the best seafood just a few minutes stroll through the most beautiful seductive neighborhood. Just loved it!! Already planning our next stay!💕Jennifer and Lorin went out of their way to accommodate our every need!
