The apartment's highlight is its lovely south-west facing private terrace, overlooking the beautifully maintained landscaped gardens and communal swimming pool (open all year). With plenty of space for sunbathing, al fresco dining and relaxing, it's the perfect place to make the most of the Costa del Sol sunshine.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
