In a prime, elevated location in La Cala de Mijas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, you’ll find this STYLISH AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT with phenomenal views of Mijas, the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains (on clear days, you can see the Sierra Nevada from the terrace), and the Calanova golf course. It offers the perfect balance between the vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere and a quiet, private setting where you can effortlessly enjoy endless summers and breathtaking nature, all while remaining close to all amenities.

From the entryway, you step into the spacious, cozy, and tastefully decorated LIVING AREA, featuring a large, inviting sofa, a reading nook, and a smart TV. To the left is the fully equipped KITCHEN (induction cooktop with range hood, microwave, convection oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster) and the stylish DINING ROOM. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, natural light floods in, accompanied by a pleasant sea breeze.
The airy living area opens onto a spacious TERRACE with lounge seating and a dining table, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

The 2 BEDROOMS are a blissful oasis away from the outside world, each equipped with built-in closets, roller shutters, individually controlled air conditioning, and a private BATHROOM with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A set of Rituals products is provided for each guest.

The LAUNDRY ROOM features a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron, ironing board, drying rack, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment is located in a gated complex with a concierge and 24-hour security. Centrally located is the large INFINITY POOL (open from late April to late October), which takes on a magical glow in the evening thanks to its underwater lighting, framed by a well-maintained GARDEN with palm trees and tropical plants. There’s also a SPA with a heated INDOOR POOL featuring a shower jet circuit and a jacuzzi, a Turkish STEAM ROOM, and a SAUNA. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your workout in the fully equipped FITNESS CENTER. For those who can’t get enough of golf, there’s the indoor GOLF SIMULATOR.
Of course, a parking space (recommended) is provided for your car in the parking GARAGE beneath the apartment. You’ll also have access to a spacious storage unit in the garage where you can store your golf bag, for example.

This peaceful, private location, high in the beautiful countryside of La Cala Mijas, is just 300 m from the Calanova Golf Course (plus 75 other golf courses nearby), and only a few minutes’ drive from La Cala Beach with its boardwalk and lively beach bars. 15 minutes from Marbella, 20 minutes from Puerto Banús, and 25 minutes from Málaga Airport, is the ideal base for exploring Andalusia and the Costa del Sol, and taking day trips to places like Seville or Córdoba, Tarifa, or Gibraltar. Plenty of opportunities for walking, hiking, padel, mountain biking, and more… Just 2 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort; the La Cañada, Miramar, and McArthurGlenn shopping centers are nearby.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our key holder, who will show you around the apartment and provide some instructions. He or she will remain available throughout your stay.
Non-standard check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.

The primary booker must be at least 30 years old and present in person.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people. No amenities for small children.

Spanish law requires a photo or copy of a valid ID for guests aged 14 and older. You can send this in advance via email or WhatsApp.

The One Heights complex has a number of internal rules; these are available in the apartment and can also be provided in advance upon request. For example, loud music and parties are not allowed, and the property must remain quiet between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you for complying with these rules.
The apartment is non-smoking (smoking is permitted only on the terrace).

Energy consumption is included in the rental rate for normal usage (80 kWh per week). For any excess usage, a charge of 0.65 € per kWh will be deducted from the security deposit.
