  • Nueva delicada apartamento, en la planta baja con niños, jardín cerrado con terraza en un ambiente tranquilo y seguro. No ruidosa autopista cerca de aquí! La zona es una meca para los golfistas con muchos cursos para elegir entre. El apartamento está situado en la urbanización Los Iris (que hace honor al nombre de la flor, verá) al lado de un campo de 9 hoyos y una casa club donde se puede comer y beber bien en el restaurante, socializar en el bar o tomar una pilates o Zumba-lección en el gimnasio. También puede relajarse en la cómoda salón de belleza / el pelo, o tener un trabajo fuera de la pista de pádel o tenis. El apartamento está unido a una oficina de atención con servicios como servicio de llave de retención, limpieza, lavandería, etc.

    El apartamento consta de: hall de entrada, 3 habitaciones grandes y bonitas, dos baños, cocina y un salón-comedor con acceso al jardín y una terraza donde se puede disfrutar de su desayuno o simplemente relajarse. Hay buenas condiciones de sol con el jardín mirando hacia el oeste, pero también existe la opción de sombra en la terraza techada. 1 dormitorio con una cama doble lacado blanco romántico, baño privado con inodoro, bidet, lavabo, ducha / bañera y acceso al jardín. Dormitorios 2 y 3 tienen 2 camas individuales, que pueden convertirse en camas dobles. Baño # 2 tiene un inodoro, lavabo y una ducha. También hay un sofá cama doble en el salón. Capacidad para dormir total hasta 8 personas. Aire acondicionado integrado en todos los dormitorios y la sala de estar. Piscina comunitaria y piscina infantil con tumbonas.


    El apartamento es, por supuesto, totalmente amueblado e incluye todo el equipo necesario, incluyendo ropa de cama, toallas, cocina (eléctrica), nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, utensilios, WiFi, TV inteligente con paquete de canales, cómodos muebles de jardín, sillas de bebé y más.

    Sólo un 18 minutos en coche de aeropuerto de Málaga. 1 km hasta la tienda más cercana grossery, 3. 5 kilometros a un gran centro comercial (Miramar) ya 4 km de la playa.

Bajo maravilloso con unos colchones horribles

No había ni un sólo colchón firme, todos parecían barcas. La habitación con colchones de muelles estaban vencidos y deformados. En las otras dos habitaciones los colchones se hundían sin remedio y habían puesto una colchoneta encima de los colchones de la principal, pero lo hacía aún más blandos. Por lo demás el bajo es maravilloso, espacioso, estar en el porche resulta muy agradable, tiene un jardín precioso para poder estar al aire libre y las estancias son amplias y luminosas. La piscina de agua salada y el entorno son muy relajantes.

Family Holiday

Great property with lovely pool in a very nice and quite area, short bus or taxi ride to the main town and shopping area. It is best to have a car, but not a necessity due to taxi price and bus pries being pretty cheap. Would definitely stay again

Great stay in a fabulous apartment

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect… great apartment fully equipped. You do need a car if you want to venture off site but it’s in arch a good location that there are loads of places you can get to.

Property was excellent in a quiet area. During our stay we were bothered by musquitoes. A suggestion for the host...is to put up a sunshade at the terrace. It was to warm to enjoy our lunch in the afternoon. We enjoyed our holiday, and the apartment was very child-friendly.

Skøn lejlighed, velholdt og ren. Roligt område/ kompleks den ligger i og skøn pool område;)))

Dejligt sted at holde familie ferie( vi er 5 pers) nemt at finde til, fra lufthavn, anbefaler at leje en bil,.. området hvor lejligheden ligger er meget velholdt og med en dejlig stor pool. Vi havde også flere skønne dage på stranden i Fuengiola, som også er rigtig dejlig. Der er rig mulighed for indkøb og shopping i byen eller det store center, Miramar. Det eneste jeg ærger mig over, er at jeg ikke bookede en xtra uge;))

100% coming again !

Absolutely amazing experience. This was our first time renting an apartment for our holiday so we were unsure of what to expect. The lady that gave us the key and a brief tour was absolutely lovely. We were able to keep in contact with her in case of any questions and she was fast to answer. The location was beautiful and was as advertised. Had an amazing time and will 100% be coming again. If you’re thinking about it, GO FOR IT !!

We had a good stay, the apartment is as described on a quiet residential development, the pool area is great. This is clearly used by the owners, a couple of modifications would improve the offer.. In particular adding darker/blackout curtains in two of the three bedrooms and a microwave would be useful. There are also only local TV stations available, and so we are grateful for the WiFi and that we had packed our Firestick. You need a car to be able to enjoy the surroundings, it is close to amenities and the beach, we recommend having breakfast at the golf course.

Amazing

The apartment is just amazing with everything you could want. On the ground floor with 3 large bedrooms and a garden that is perfect for young kids. Fully equipped with washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect to get to the beach, supermarkets, flea markets, Marbella, anywhere in the costa del Sol Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will re book for next year Fantastic

Fijn appartement, lekker ruim. Tuin achter is fijn voor kinderen. Goed voorzien van apparatuur. Prima wifi. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Propriété très agréable

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette région et surtout ravis de profiter de l'appartement de Alf Henning, le propriétaire. Nous avons échangé par mail, et tout s'est déroulé comme nous l'avions souhaité. L'appartement est très vaste et confortable. Le service sur place est correct. Le golf est vraiment très proche. Nous n'avons pu nous baigner dans la piscine (c'était NOEL), même s'il faisait beau temps, mais nous reviendrons probablement au printemps cette fois. Nous recommandons cette location. Lydie

This is the most beautiful apartment!

We were very satisfied with the apartment! It's big, nice and cozy. Clean sheets, towels. The apartment is fitted out very well and that's all you need for a holiday stay, Very safe and quiet place. The swimming pool is very nice. Fully recommended to others. We will stay there again!

Nice relaxing holiday in nice appartment!

Perfect appartment for six people. Had everthing we asked for: big appartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice poolarea and nice private garden. Nice and solid design furniture.

Fantastic...a wonderful retreat

I can categorically say that this is the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. It was better than my own house! The grounds are lovely and the people really friendly(quite a few English people have re located there) The apartment itself is fitted out really well and there is everything you would need for a holiday stay. My holiday in August this year will be my third stay there and no doubt I will be booking to go next year. The coastline is beautiful also and there is loads to do around the area(my son is seven and he wasn't bored at any point) I highly recommend the apartment the grounds and the area. Jules (UK)
