Welcome to this lovely apartment with Mediterranean views. At the top of the house in the urbanización Las Colinas in El Faro.
Our apartment was completely renovated in 2017 with a fully equipped kitchen with a Spanish / Moroccan touch. The living room has new fresh furniture. Media bench with 50 inch Smart LED TV, Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker as well as 300mb fibre internet. A sofa bed for two and a dining area for 4-6 people.'




The space

The apartment has a terrace of 12 square meters in the south. It is located at the top of the house and has a wonderful view of the Mijas Costa coast and the Mediterranean Sea. Some evenings you can also glimpse the Riff mountains in the distance.

In the bedroom facing the nice courtyard there is a large closet for storage as well as a comfortable and generous king size bed.




Guest access

If you take a 500m walk into the green ravine, you reach the Mediterranean Sea and Le Charcòn Beach. There you have everything that you as a guest can wish for. Good food and drink in a pleasant environment. Access to sun loungers, water sports activities, massage, WC / shower, good music and even live bands / entertainment in the evenings.
The swimming pool area is located directly below the house. A swimming pool for the big ones, and a pool for those who are a bit smaller. Free sun loungers, shower and WC. In this area, only a few buildings have access. Here you get your own key.
Within a short walking distance of the residence there are a couple of minimarkets plus a couple of restaurants. Close to one of these minimarkets is also the area's taxi station.

No parking concerns here. Free parking on the street below the apartment.
