  • In La Cala de Mijas, the apartment "Penthouse studio with sea views" is conveniently located close to the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (heating and cooling), a DVD player, a TV, and a washing machine.

    The vacation apartment has a private wintergarden with big windows that can be opened to enjoy the direct sea view. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open year-round), a garden, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Two sunbeds free of charge are stored in the garden.

    The apartment is just a 1 minute (20 to 100 m) walk from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Playa de la Butibamba beach is just a 1 minute (120 m) walk from the apartment. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 30 minute (36.2 km) drive from the apartment.

    Free parking is available on the street. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. An elevator is available in the building. Pool is open all year.

Al principio, cuando escribí a Adina e indicarnos que están fuera de España, y que teníamos que hace

Pros: Al principio, cuando escribí a Adina e indicarnos que están fuera de España, y que teníamos que hacer el ingreso sin hablar con nadie por teléfono antes, no terminábamos de fiarnos, pero Adina de momento nos solucionó las dudas y lo recomendamos 100%. Elisa, que es la encargada de darte las llaves y limpiar es encantadora. Hemos estado tres noches y nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. Al estudio no le falta de nada, está súper limpio y es precioso. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y dormirte con el sonido de las olas es un lujazo. La piscina es muy grande y con salida directa al paseo y la playa. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes y el paseo es muy agradable. Volveremos a repetir sin duda.

Perfect Penthouse studio

Great apartment for 2 people, perfect beach location, fantastic sea view, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Pros: A very spacious studio with a good layout and fully equipped. On the tenth floor of the Butiplaya Residence with more than 180 degrees stunning views over the mountains, the town and beach. A perfect place for a couple, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. With shops, restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a place to return to.

Pros: From arrival till departure our experience here could not have been better. Being met at the airport by Adina & her husband made the start of our holiday so easy & they gave us a lot of information about the area. The apartment was amazing both the location & the facilities. Everything you could need was within a short walk shops, bars & restaurants. The best meal we had in La Cala was at the El Olivo which nis right outside the apartment block (booking recommended)We will be back

The owners were there and waiting for us on the scheduled day of our arrival. This made everything very easy and smooth for us. The studio was clean and contained all the amenities we needed for our stay (towels, blankets, hair dryer, dishes, glasses, etc).
