Un acierto haberla elegido

Una casa preciosa en un pueblo con mucho encanto. Bien situada para no tener que utilizar el coche. Éramos 10 de familia de diferentes edades y todos teníamos un espacio en el que disfrutar juntos o por separado. Acogedora y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles. Agradecer a Liliana la amabilidad con la que desde el principio nos atendió y su disponibilidad para lo que necesitáramos.

Great property and host. Plenty of space, easy to communicate and really beautiful amenities and home. Only downside was pool heater wasn’t working but otherwise all good! Would highly recommend.

Everything was great & the villa is beautiful.All the rooms are also amazing!The owner and the house lady were answering very quickly and were very accommodating!Recommendations:1. Have shampoo/soap in the showers would be beneficial 2. That the lady of the house does not come at 8:30AM in the house and wakes us up. As we had the house until 10:30 - so, to keep the privacy until then would be important.

Lovely villa in a large plot nicely landscaped, and with stunning views of the mountains and coast. The pool was perfect and so interestingly designed, the children loved it. The house was large and airy and the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was brilliant in the August heat and didn’t fail once as so many do. Liliana the housekeeper was lovely and so helpful.

This is a lovely villa, very spacious and well appointed. The basement with its pool table and bar area was a hit with our teens/early adults, as was the pool and outdoor BBQ kitchen area. Liliana, our contact, was really helpful and responsive to any questions. The villa is 5-10 minutes walk from the village squares (albeit lots of steps and a steep incline) where there are numerous restaurants, we had great food and wine, great service too. The view from the villa's terrace/garden is panoramic of the bay of Malaga/Fuengirola, and on a clear day, you can see the mountains of Morocco. Overall, a great holiday for the whole family!

We waren een week met het gezin totaal 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door Liliana, makkelijk communiceren met app. De villa is fantastisch mooi en schoon op heel goede lokatie en zeer complete luxe inrichting. Het weer was niet zo goed maar er is voldoende vermaak met het biljart, sauna en fitness ruimte. De tafeltennis staat buiten vast gemonteerd op een onhandige plaats. We hadden gekozen om het zwembad te laten verwarmen maar 400 euro was wel veel geld voor 25 graden zwemwater. De boxspring bedden hebben alleen een topper en het beddengoed was erg kreukelig, dan kan beter. Weinig warm water in de hoofdbadkamer, het bubbelbad kan niet worden gebruikt. De prachtige tuin kan meer onderhoud gebruiken. We hebben genoten van het verblijf en kunnen de villa zeker aanbevelen. We kunnen terugkijken op een heerlijke week in villa Jose in het gezellige Mijas.

Great Villa

The villa had great accomodation that suited our party of friends. We enjoyed making use of the outside spaces which included the outdoor BBQ/dining area, seating areas and the pool. Location is superb, with a 5 minute walk into Mijas for shops, bars and restaurants. Lliana was very helpful. The bedrooms could benefit from a makeover especially the 5th bedroom located on the lower ground floor. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Lilliana greeted us and was very friendly and informative and was always just a phone call away should we need anything. Nothing was a problem for her and she made everything seem so easy.. from check in to check out, she even booked a taxi for us when needed. The villa itself was beautiful and we had the most amazing time. The rooms were fantastic and excelled our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed for a chilled holiday. The location is second to none. Being regular visitors to Mijas Pueblo we already knew our way around, but for people like ourselves or anyone new to this location, this is the perfect place to stay. Peter was also a joy to deal with and we would not hesitate to recommend his wonderful home to anyone. Hopefully we will get the chance to stay again.

Mijas Villa - holiday with family

Amazing place and we had an amazing week, just a couple of small points worth mentioning when you are spending this amount of money. We had our 11 month old grand daughter with us and the indoor pool would have been perfect for her as per the pics on the listing. When we arrived the pool was gone and replaced with an indoor gold driving range. The water pressure wasnt good in several rooms but normal in others. Otherwise a great stay.

Wonderful family holiday

The property is very spacious and the outside space is amazing with several different seating areas and a lovely pool with views down to the coast. Very handy for Mijas Pueblo; just a short walk into the centre albeit up quite a few steps. All the family (from 3 to 70) enjoyed the villa's facilities.

Great property and location

The property was beautiful and clean. Liliana greated us and was very helpful with questions. Mijas town is a short walk from the villa and a lovely relaxing area. We were 8 for s short stay and the property was spacious enough to not feel over crowded. The villa is set up to not have to leave if you wanted. The pool, sound system, sauna, lounge areas, bedrooms were all fantastic and the kitchen/BBQ gave great choices for cooking. I would recommend this property to any medium/large groups looking to visit the area but away from the crowds. All large towns and Malaga city, plus the airport, are easily accessible by taxi and the cost is not a lot when in a large group.

Beautiful village

The house is lovely in a great neighborhood in a lovely village. However there is very little hot water, the hot tub in the bathroom didn't work... no hot water. The fifth bedroom is downstairs, away from the rest of the house and the owner wouldn't let us use the driveway, we had to park on the street. After we left the owner charged us for breaking a lock on a kitchen drawer. We don't know what he was talking about, and he didn't answer our query. However it was just $50 so we paid it. All in all we liked our time at this house.

Perfection!

As a group of "mature" women, we've stayed in various large villas in Mijas Pueblo over the years. They each had their own charms. However, Casa Jose' beats them all. The property is spacious yet homely, with all mod cons. The outside space is extensive with a breathtaking views of the Med. The location is very convenient being a few minutes walk to the centre of the pueblo; and last, but not least, Liliana (house manager and superwomen), is an absolute delight. Can't wait to return.

Excellent family house in Mijas

Mijas is a hidden gem on the coast with great restaurants, bars, and a large square. House is great for families. We were 6 adults and 2 kids (4-6) and everyone had a great time. House is very spacious and the patio and pool are amazing! Location close to town is super convenient and Lilliana is a great communicator whenever anything is needed. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect holiday retreat

From the very first moment we stepped into this wonderful villa we were completely overwhelmed by the wonderful property, the furnishings, the facilities, the magnificent setting, the magnificent gardens and the whole package that led to the most complete holiday we have ever experienced.
