El moderno apartamento renovado se encuentra en el tercer piso en un edificio "antiguo de Milán" en el corazón del distrito de Porta Venezia.
Se encuentra a pocos pasos de la parada de metro M1 Porta Venezia. En 10 minutos a pie puede llegar a la Piazza San Babila, el Duomo y el distrito de la moda.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was just as advertised. Charming! Very clean and comfortable. Daniela was very responsive to any question we may have had. Many nice restaurants in the immediate area and about a 1.2mile walk to the Duomo Center. I would stay again!

Great property! Check in directions are very detailed which was helpful since it was a little complicated the first time. Perfect for two people, cute bars and restaurants in the area and really easy to navigate with public metro and tram.Quiet building and the laundry worked really well, comfy beds and pillows with nice space in the bathroom.

Fashionable and comfortable in Milano!

This apartment is very chic but also well equipped and comfortable. The location was near to grocery stores, good restaurants, and a beautiful park, along with easy subway access. It was spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to relax after our very busy days in Milan. Daniela was very helpful when we had questions and made it all very easy for us.

A clean, modern apartment in a neighborhood that has everything. Close to metro and tram, plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hosts were excellent and left clear instructions. This was the perfect home base for my wife and I during our 4-night stay in Milan. Highly recommended.

You cannot go wrong!

Daniela is a consummate host! - available, warm, delightful! The spatial engineering of the apartment is economical, stylish and has a remarkably uncrowded feeling. It was very clean, had the kitchen basics (we ate out most meals), and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Tante grazie Daniela!

Clean, secure flat for a quick stopover in Milan

The flat is clean and secure. It’s about a mile walk to the Duomo area and about 1/4 mile walk to the nearest metro. Either way, you can get to the Duomo area in about 15-20 minutes. Parking is a bit of a struggle and we opened for the paid parking that’s in a parallel street one block over. It was pricey, about €50 for overnight. We liked the location and the air conditioning in the summer. It was perfect for our short stop in Milano.

Quiet apartment is great location

My husband and I spent our five day stay here in Milan. This is a lovely well-appointed apartment in a "local" neighborhood. Great access to local transport, although we opted to do most of our exploration to the local sites on foot. Everything you need is a short walk away - grocers, restaurants, cafes. The apartment is well-designed, spacious and very quiet. In the evenings, the neighborhood is lively with restaurants and bars full of local residents. Daniela provided excellent directions for a smooth check-in and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend her apartment and will stay here again when in Milan.

Amazing stay in Milan

To say this property is comfortable and convenient is an understatement. We were able to walk to the main Cathedral and the Duomo with no problem as well as to Castle Sforza and to see Da Vinci's The Last Supper! Near the Duomo of course are many excellent restaurants as well as world-class shopping. Communication with our host Daniela was excellent and she made the check-in process very easy. There is an elevator to the apartment as well so no worrying about carrying luggage up flights of stairs which can often be a problem in Europe. The apartment is exactly as described if not better. Daniela and her husband were very quick to respond to questions and even provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend staying in this apartment if you are lucky enough to visit Milan, as I hope to again one day.

Close to EVERYTHING.

Amazing location, short 3 minute walk to Metro, convenient central location if you just want to walk. The home is quiet and relaxing. Two a/c's cool a small place comfortably in a short time, and with 90° Milan weather, this was very welcome. Perfect little kitchenette to make our own coffee in the morning and a small fridge to fit all of our drinks and food. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. You can stay here with no worries and confidence in full support. Traveling with two grown kids, this was a great size with a separate room for the kids and privacy for the grownups. We would definitely choose it again when traveling to Milan.

Stylish and well designed

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well thought out, with interesting art and a cool, modern design. It looks just like the pictures. It's pretty much like staying in a modern suite in a boutique hotel. Check-in was very easy. There was juice and a bottle of wine there when I arrived. Internet, laundry and air conditioning all worked, and there is a huge supermarket across the street (go into the underground parking structure and take the lift up to the supermarket.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay there again and recommend to others.
