We encountered a SERIOUS mold problem in this apartment, primarily in the lower level areas, with mold on the walls, baseboards and bathroom areas. The smell of mold and mildew was so strong upon entering the apartment that we were unable to stay there and had to scramble to find new accommodations. In addition, the unit was not clean, as we found rotting food in the sofa cushions, a dirty kitchen towel, and a freezer unit completely frozen over/unusable. The property manager indicated he would refund our money but did not. We are currently working with our credit card company to have the charges removed. The photos currently being showed are not what we encountered when entering this unit. Shame on this company for not being honest about the mold problem to all parties involved. This apartment was uninhabitable (I would not believe them when they say the problem has been fixed).
