The apartment is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, in an area well-served by public transportation and highly regarded for offering a quiet place to stay in Milan while still being right in the heart of the historic center!

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet.

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in a central area, about 1.4 km from Corso Buenos Aires, Milan’s main shopping street, with hundreds of stores. From Porta Venezia, you can take Metro Line 1 to Piazza Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, La Triennale, and Rho Fiera. The nearby Via Eustachi, with its tree-lined avenues and wide sidewalks, frames a neighborhood almost entirely built in the Art Nouveau style, full of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and small artisan and research businesses—all waiting to be discovered!
