“The condition of most of the property was pretty good, just some items needed updating. Like the trim around the bathroom door was rusted pretty bad at the floor”

“This house was perfect for my husband and me plus our two daughters and their families. Enough bedrooms for all and plenty of bathrooms for use, particularly when you have little kids. The kitchen was well- equipped and the outside areas (multiple decks) were great. Not to mention the view of the Ohio River and the hot tub. We would gladly rent this space again if we travel north another time!”

The place was not ready to be rented and the excuse was ‘we didn’t get a notification’ I rented this place because it said it allowed for events. The entire event was ruined.
