Terrible experience with this property. So many issues, starting with how complex the check in process is. The lack of cleanliness when i checked in was apparent, the floor had dried up sauce, the bed linen had hairs from the previous guests.
The toilet was also not funcitonal, communicating with management was not easy, and it wasnt until i got expedia involved that they sent someone to fix the toilet, a full 24 hours later.
On the 2nd morning the metal gate to the balcony broke, so the balcony became unaccesible. Plus, the since the balcony window was the only source of ligth, the apartment turned into a cave with the broken gate blocking all the light. Management promised to send someone to attempt to fix the next day. This person never arrived, instead i got an email about how the part that they "might need" to fix had to be purchased, this is without even sending someone to check.
To make matters even worse, on the 2 morning i woke up with some suspect bites on my feet, legs, arms and hands. These were not mosquito bites since they were all in lines which is the classic sign of bedbugs.
Its a shame the place is so poorly maintned and unclean, the layout of the space is nice, and the neighborhood is so quiet. I left the property on the 3rd day in afternoon after getting fed up with management, i complained about the issues via email, expecting some sort of refund, but only another room was offered. Im surprised Expedia lets places like this onto their platform.
