This property was materially misrepresented and did not meet basic hospitality standards. The sofa bed, which was clearly advertised as a sleeping accommodation, was broken, dirty, stained, and unusable, with no linens provided. The host later stated that the sofa sleeper would only be cleaned and prepared if requested in advance this requirement was never disclosed in the listing.
The apartment also had significant cleanliness issues, including visible dust, debris under furniture, and mold in the shower.
After I reported the problems, I was told I could either leave that same evening for a refund or remain and accept the conditions. After international travel, this was not a reasonable or fair resolution.
Travelers should be aware that the property may not be prepared as advertised, and sleeping accommodations may not be usable upon arrival. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
