Bienvenidos a la Casa de los viajeros de un apartamento recién reformado en el encanto de un edificio de estilo Art Nouveau en el barrio de República, ubicada en el segundo piso.
La casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas.
Gran salón con sofá cama, sala de TV con TV de pantalla plana, mesa de comedor, un amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, cocina independiente con todo lo necesario para cocinar, baño con ducha renovado en enero de 2017, suelos de parqué.
Equipado con heladera, freezer, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.

El apartamento da a una calle arbolada con poco tráfico, por lo que es muy tranquilo y confortable.
Nuestros clientes encontrarán la necesidad de un rápido desayuno (café, varios tés, mermeladas. Biscuits) y muchas bebidas frías en la nevera, una botella de vino italiano.
Ubicación:
Situado cerca de la Plaza de la República se encuentra a poca distancia tanto de la Via Montenapoleone en Milán que el nuevo horizonte. Es una zona muy animada llena de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y supermercados.
Para los que llegan desde los aeropuertos de Malpensa y Linate Orio al Serio está a 5 min. pie de la terminal de autobuses central
El apartamento está a cinco minutos a pie de la estación central y diez minutos. caminar hasta la estación de tren de Porta Garibaldi (Malpensa Express, Italo, y el enlace de tren TGV) y del metro MM2, cerca de la estación de Cadorna y el distrito Navigli.
Es también la línea directa para llegar al Hospital San Raffaele y el Foro de Assago.
A pocos minutos de distancia se encuentra la línea de parada MM3 (República) que se mete en el centro y el Duomo-Montenapoleone-Via della Spiga.
Corso Como y el distrito de Brera están a poca distancia en 10 minutos. Al estar cerca del transeúnte Porta Garibaldi podrá llegar rápidamente a la nueva Feria de Rho - Milan. Debajo de la casa hay un dos líneas de tranvía que llegan a la zona de Navigli, Porta Genova y la zona de Lambrate
En la zona también hay cuatro estaciones y compartir el coche, debajo de la casa, para compartir bicicletas.

Perfect

This was the perfect apartment for a visit to Milan. Just a 10 minute walk from the very grand central station on a pretty street. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with a nice view from the balcony. We were welcomed warmly by Riccardo and Alessandra. This was our first time in Milan and they were so helpful providing information about trams etc just make our visit go smoothly. Plenty of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby to eat after a busy day. I would very much recommend this property

Great stay in Milan

Riccardo was very thorough on places to go eat, sites to check out, trains to help us get to where we needed to go. In a perfect location and about a 8 minute walk from Milan central station. Just outside there is a tram that goes by that takes you to convenient locations

Riccardo and his apartment were fantastic. We needed to suddenly add a night to our stay and Riccardo was able to accommodate us. In addition, he met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. There was a grocery store next door and incredible restaurants within a block or two. The Metro station was close by and the tram ran right by the apartment.

January in Milano

Riccardo couldn’t have been a more supportive host. He met us at Milano Centrale and we walked together to the apartment. The location was great and the apartment was well set up and comfortable. There had been some adjustments required to the heating system and Riccardo attended to these promptly and efficiently. The only problem for our family was that the trams passing below on the street were quite noisy and intrusive at night. This unfortunately affected sleep.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the location is GREAT!

A quick walk away to the train, metro station. Made it so convenient to move around in Milan. The apartment is clean, safe, inviting and has all the accommodations needed. Grocery store steps away. This is a great place to stay when staying in Milan.

Great location and very comfortable space

We were in Ravenna for only three nights, and this was the perfect spot; close to the train station and also close to all the sites we wanted to see. The host met us at the apartment at our schedule time and check-in was very easy. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, but we always had breakfast at home… the sofa in the main room is very comfortable as was the bed. Shower was great.

The location was amazing, so close to central trains station and not far from LIN airport. Felt safe and lots of good spots to eat! Host was very responsive and even stayed late due to our severely delayed flight to let us in and show us all the features.

Great apartment, very close to the train station, market and many restaurants. Riccardo is a super host. Very helpful, nice to speak with and generous with his time. The only negative point, is that the street is noisy because of the tram.

Charming Apartment

This apartment was in a very eclectic neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial and retail establishments. It was as advertised, very clean and very functional. There were about 20 restaurants of all flavors within a few blocks walking distance. It was only a few blocks from the train station which eliminated the need for a taxi. I would stay there again without any reservations.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property which is perfectly located for exploring Milan. We were met by Riccardo at the train station and he was extremely helpful explaining the nuances of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic place to experience Milan

The property was within easy walking distance to Milano Centrale, even with luggage! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Riccardo met us at the train station and explained everything to us and he had wonderful restaurant recommendations! Our stay was wonderful. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Strategically located, helpful host

Riccardo's place is very central. Walking distance to Milan central and Republicca metro stations; trams are just in front of the apartment building. A supermarket is also just downstairs. Riccardo's place is clean and well designed. Riccardo is very helpful and nice. He welcomed us in his apartment and show us everything in the apartment. He also recommended some beautiful places to visit and a great restaurant.

Great apartment

This apartment is very nice. The location is excellent just 3 minutes walk from the Central train station but an easy walk to the rest of the sites in Milan. It is also really close to the metro which we used a few times. The owner was great to communicate with and responded quickly. He also offered to meet us at the train station and show us where the apartment is located. The apartment is clean and the bathroom is great with good water pressure. The master bed is comfortable but we did not use the hide a bed so we cannot comment on that. Our only small issue was with the air conditioning. It is a portable unit and it needed to vent outside. To do this you have to leave a balcony door open about 8 inches to run the vent outside, so you are not able to use the AC at night if you want to close the balcony door. We chose to close the balcony door as there are mosquitoes that would come into the apartment. All in all this is a nice place.

Es war unsere erste Reise nach Mailand.

Die Reservierung der Ferienwohnung über FEWO und die Bezahlung funktionierte alles problemlos. Wir bekamen alle wichtigen Informationen und Kontaktdaten von Riccardo zugeschickt und hatten vor dem Anreisetag mit ihm Kontakt, um den Treffpunkt und die Uhrzeit zu klären. Da die Anreise schneller verlief als gedacht, konnten wir sogar 1h früher einchecken. Riccardo ist eine sehr sympathische, vertrauensvolle und freundliche Person mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Die Verständigung verlief ohne Probleme. Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung mitten in Mailand, mit hohen Decken und einem schönen dunklen Holzboden. Das Bad war modern eingerichtet mit einem Fenster zum Lüften. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und von der Größe ausreichend, da sich noch ein eigener Essbereich im Wohnzimmer befand. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt und waren ebenfalls sauber. Wir empfanden die Wohnung für 2 Personen ideal eingerichtet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es eine Altbauwohnung mitten in Mailand ist. Die Lautstärke aufgrund des Verkehrs von den Autos und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist höher als auf dem Land. Die Anbindung ist aber sehr gut. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Wohnung fährt die Straßenbahn/Tram Richtung Stadtzentrum. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 30 min. bis zum Domplatz. Was die Parkmöglichkeiten angeht, ist es schwierig direkt vor der Wohnung was zu bekommen, nur mit sehr viel Glück. Ein gutes Parkhaus in der Nähe ist das Settembrini. Das liegt ca. 500m von der Wohnung entfernt, wird 24h videoüberwacht, man kann seinen eigenen Autoschlüssel behalten und man kann online einen Parkplatz für einen Zeitraum reservieren. Wir hatten mit unserem Skoda Kodiaq keine Probleme zu rangieren. Zwecks Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Lebensmittel, gibt es direkt eine Haustür weiter einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben den Urlaub in Mailand sehr genossen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir sofort die Wohnung von Riccardo wieder buchen.
