The property is registered as a LEGAL short term rental with Otsego County (Permit #039790). The house has 5 bedrooms . If you have been looking for a home that will accentuate your Cooperstown Dreams Park experience-your search is over. All Star Acres is a custom log-style home nestled on 7 picturesque mountain acres, only 2 miles from Dreams Park and 4 miles from Cooperstown village and National Baseball Hall of Fame.
    This house was completed in 2008. We do not occupy the house the other nine months a year so the house is barely used and clutter free.
    Enjoy serene and star-filled evenings on the 1000 sq. ft wrap-around cedar log deck or have a relaxing lunch prepared on the gas grill or iced beverages at the outdoor bar and picnic tables. The family game room features foosball and an air hockey table for hours of fun off of the field. Each of the five bedrooms feature a theme, from country cottage, nautical, all-sports (boys), pink and purple butterfly and flower motif (girls), and the Laura Ashley 'Bramble' master bedroom- guaranteed for a restful night of sleep for guests of any age. There are 6 flat screen tv's in the house.
    Regardless of the reason for your visit to Cooperstown, we hope that All Star Acres is the reason that you didn't want to leave!

Great house with a beautiful location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Our week was pretty rainy so having the space in the house and the game room were great for keeping kids entertained during the rain delays. Hosts were friendly and responded quickly any time we reached out.

We really enjoyed the house and its close location to Dreams Park. The spacious living conditions were perfect for us and the bonus game room was a plus for the 2 teens. If we ever need to be in the area again we would definitely want to stay there. Special thanks to Mike Murphy for helping us with any questions that we had. We would 100% recommend your place.

Great property

We rented the property as a family group for the baseball tournament. It was perfectly located 5 minutes to the fields and just a few miles from town. Plenty of room for everyone. Accommodations were as described. Property was very secluded which was great for relaxing. Great experience.

10/10 Great house, awesome location

This house was amazing and had everything we needed for our week stay at Dreams Park. The location is perfect. An easy, 5 minute drive to the entrance of Dreams Park, close to 2 grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, and easy to get to downtown. The house is in a beautiful wooded lot that was so quiet. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and even game tables for our players to enjoy when they were out of the barracks. The washer and dryer were nice to have too. The owners were super helpful and friendly and the checkin process could not have been easier. I highly recommend All Star Acres.

Close (to Dreams Park) & Clean

Check-in was a breeze…about 5 minutes to Dreams park made going back and forth a piece of cake. House was super clean and large enough for my family and extended family. Had everything we needed as well as being 5 minutes from the grocery store. Gas grill worked great and was used daily. Washer and dryer also worked great and were used daily. Even the in-laws were impressed and that is difficult to do! If your son is playing at Dreams Park or All Star Village do not hesitate to book from Mike and Mary!!!!

Cooperstown Dreams Park Stay

All Star Acres was the perfect spot to stay for our experience at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was located very conveniently to the field, and it wasn’t a problem to drive back to the house during a break in games. The house was very well equipped - it had everything you could need for the week. Unfortunately our team was there during an uncharacteristically cold, rainy week in early June, but the property is so beautiful, and I can imagine sitting out by the fire pit would be the perfect way to end the day. The property host was very easy to communicate with, and I highly recommend All Star Acres if you are looking for a place to stay for your Cooperstown experience.

Great Location-Close to Dreams Park and Downtown

We had a really great visit to Cooperstown recently and a huge part of that included staying at this property. The purpose of our trip was to watch our sons play at Dreams Park. You can't beat the close proximity of this house to the park. When entered into Google Maps it only takes 6 minutes. This made it perfect for bouncing back and forth between games if needed. We also enjoyed visiting downtown Cooperstown on our stay. The house was about 10 minutes and a very simple drive.The home was quite spacious. We had two families stay here and could have easily had a 3rd family join us. The house had a large yard and also provides some privacy/peace from the normal crazy fan packed days at the park.In addition, the owner, Mike, was very responsive to our questions. We had a small problem where we locked ourselves out and he was quick to respond and help us resolve the situation.Highly recommend this house on your next visit to Cooperstown!

Exactly as advertised!

We had never been to cooperstown prior to this visit. The property was exactly as advertised. It was so close to Dreams Park and downtown cooperstown as well. Property was clean and communication with the property owner was always swift and easy. We even had a minor issue which the property owner was as all over. Cannot say enough good things about the property and owner. If your looking for a spacious, well placed property for your trip then this is the place!

Fabulous property

All Star Acres was an overall pleasant place. Location to Dreams Park was super convenient. We had 3families stay here as we went back and forth watching our players. Perfect size for our 3 families with all the conveniences of home. Michael was a wonderful property manager and communicated effectively.

It was very close to dreams park which made it very easy to go back and forth between games if needed. Communication with the property owner was almost immediately and always willing to help with whatever concerns we had!

Absolutely Perfect for Cooperstown Baseball Visit

Our group of three families couldn't have been happier with All Star Acres. The location is literally 5 minutes from Dreamspark. We more than comfortably slept our 9, along with room for our baseball playing kids when the slept a night out if the barracks. The house is about 15 min from the Hall of Fame as well. This house has all you need to cook each meal at the house if desired, and spend time enjoying your favorite libations. There is a fire pit and fooseball table as well.... The AC works beautifully, as does the washer and dryer! Thanks again -- All Star Acres was AWESOME for the Andy's 9ers families.

Great Home Close to Dreams Park

This home was a perfect place to stay for our week of baseball in Cooperstown. It’s within a few minutes of Dreams Park, which is very convenient getting to and from baseball games. Our extended family (sibling plus two sets of grandparents) had plenty of room, the accommodations were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.
