The kitchen needs some deep cleaning and organizing. The bathroom door sticks andIt's easy to get locked in. The entry codes that were given prior to arrival did not work. Its very family friendly. “We rented the house for our daughters graduation from UVA. The house was wonderful. Very clean!!!! The set up of the house was great for a large gathering. The kayaks were used a lot. The water was a great temperature and very enjoyable even in mid May. Game room was a plus. Would recommend 100%!!!!!”

“This marks the fourth time we’ve stayed at this home for our vacation and we keep coming back. We love the home and the land. “Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space.
