The Summit Room Suite at Summit House is a private, self-contained suite ideal for solo travellers or couples seeking quiet, space, and natural beauty. Located within our fully off-grid timber-framed West-Coast style home, the elegantly appointed vaulted ceiling suite includes a king-sized bed, a spacious ensuite with a freestanding shower, a private exterior entrance, and amenities including a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee station, and outdoor BBQ — perfect for relaxed mornings or evenings outdoors.

Summit House sits on a 200-acre forested property overlooking the Saanich Inlet and Todd Gowland National Park across the Inlet, with over a kilometre of natural shoreline, a seasonal waterfall, nature hikes and regular sightings of local wildlife, including bald eagles.

Just 20 minutes from Victoria or Mill Bay, the property is close to the Malahat Skywalk, island wineries, and other outdoor destinations. It’s also a convenient base for exploring the Cowichan Valley, or a short ferry ride to Sidney for a day trip to the world-famous Butchart Gardens.

Guest access
Guests have full private use of the cabin. The main house is nearby, and the owners are on site should any assistance be needed.
