The home was beautiful, the beds super comfy and the views are incredible.My family of 4 came to this amazing home for a few days of hiking around xmas. Muir woods was only 10 minutes away!The kitchen was fully stocked with loads of pots/pans as well as basics like olive oil, balsamic, and a huge spice rack.One thing I really loved was full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms! As well as big bottles of lotion as well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our holiday!

This home in Mill Valley was special and unique. We had an amazing time adventuring in the area, and coming back to the house was fantastic.The home was immaculate, beautifully furnished and literally built among the redwoods. One of the best places we've stayed at and wished we could have been there for a few more days. Communications with owners was excellent.

Andy and Jen are responsive and gracious hosts. The house is stunning-immaculate and nicely appointed, with thoughtful touches like a second coffee maker in the top floor bedroom and terry robes.The location is fantastic- surrounded by redwoods and very private, but only a short walk to town. We loved the large windows with views of the trees and the spacious modern layout.We so enjoyed our stay there that we are already planning a return visit. Highly recommend this exceptional home.

We loved our stay at this property. It was above and beyond what we needed as a couple size-wise, but we splurged for our 20th anniversary to get our desired location and a King sized bed. The home is beautifully designed, well-equipped, and magically situated like a tree house in the middle of the redwoods. In addition, our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had cotton bedding when I inquired about that. They truly seemed to care that we had an excellent stay. If I had to find something to improve, I'd say I wished for more comfortable TV-watching furniture and a softer King mattress, but I think most people would find them perfectly good. I'd love to return to this beautiful area someday! We chose it for access to nature, great food, and reasonable proximity to our daughter at Berkeley, and it was ideal. Mill Valley is such a lovely town and home base for exploring Marin County and beyond.

Our stay in Mill Valley was amazing. The house was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It felt like you were in a modern tree house within the majestic Redwood trees. The house was close enough to make several trips to San Francisco and all that the city has to offer. The biggest perk is its proxmity to the Mill Valley town center (7min walk). We loved the peaceful small town and its shops/restaurants. We also enjoyed the short drive to the Muir Woods, Saulsalito, and Stinson Beach. Overall, this was a 5-star stay. We did not want to leave.

Simply wonderful

Exactly as described by the host, the house is very quiet and is very lovingly furnished, has nice seating outside. I am normally very critical, but here I really can't think of anything to criticize. In addition, the host (Andrew) is very accommodating. I would rent the house again anytime we come to the area.

Beautiful home, responsive hosts

We loved this Mill Valley home. Close to town, modern, clean home with all the amenities. The hosts were very responsive with any questions. There are a number of stairs to reach the home so be prepared. Perfect for our family of five. We loved the fireplace!

California MLB park tour

This was our final California stop visiting all 4 MLB stadiums for our son’s graduation present. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a great balance of being close to the city and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. The house had everything we needed and communication with the hosts was timely. We had no hiccups with anything and if we ever come back to the area, we would stay here again.

40th Birthday Get-Away

Wanted to staycation for my 40th. Found this house and built the entire trip around it, and I'm glad I did! The house is beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for hosting. Close enough to Muir Woods/Muir Beach (12 min drive) and walking distance to downtown Mill Valley (15mins). Enjoyed two nights with girlfriends (4 of us total), then one night with my husband. Would absolutely stay again.

Paradise

This place is incredible (as long as you're fit enough to do a bunch of stairs). Outdoor space is some of the best I've ever seen in mill valley.. gas fireplace and beautiful tables surrounded by redwoods. Location is a super short walk to town (again... if you're cool with stairs). Living room, dining room, views are all absolutely incredible. Master suite and bathroom are glorious. Just perfect. I love sweeping (and know it rained a bunch before we got there), but if there was one minor complaint, my parents would have said the decks, patios, etc could have been cleaned up a bit more.. but honestly to be expected when you're surrounded by beautiful redwoods.

Hidden Gem in the Redwoods

Andy and Jen’s property is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from Muir Woods National Monument and an easy drive to iconic destinations like Napa Valley and Point Reyes National Seashore. Property manager Andrew’s hospitality was exceptional and truly made our family vacation perfect. We’d love to be back!

Girls Weekend Dream

We stayed here for a relaxing girls weekend and it was absolutely stunning! We were blown away with the quality of the home and can say the pictures don't do it justice! The location was absolutely perfect for a dinner at night in SF all the way to a Napa day! We were a group of ladies so our only thing would be more mirrors to get ready together! :D
